Started out with great service from Erik and Giovoni. I don't know anything about caring for a pool, but these two took pictures that made me believe services were being performed. They showed clean traps, and pH strips. There was an immediate decline after the techs changed. The app, which is used to see service details, showed an intermingling pictures of my pool with someone else's. Some other pictures just included multiple snapshots of the pool, which were not particularly helpful. There have been multiple times where I have found my pool left in "service" mode which blocks the automation from running, and causes the pumps to run constantly, using electricity unnecessarily. I have also noticed the pre-filter basket was not consistently emptied, and when it was, the cover wasn't always placed back correctly. I have also found the door to the service panel left open several times. After a recent email about price increase due to inflationary and minimum wage "pressures", I cancelled my service as I don't feel the value is there. I might have stomached it if the service stayed the same as the beginning, but absolutely not for the current level of service.

Furthermore, the app is a pain for payment. It does not save credit card info, and often times reloads the page when trying to process a payment, causing me to have to re-enter all the information multiple times until it goes through. Also, calling customer service led to a "tech will call you back" resolution which the techs did not call back.

I have had many pool companies since October 2022 and have not been satisfied because of their lack of honesty and not thoroughly taking care of my pool. I came across PoolGenX and couldn't be more satisfied. My Pool guy is Ceasar and he does a complete and wonderful job. He tests everything and takes before and after pictures of my skimmer, pump and pool. If I have any questions he responds in a reasonable amount of time. I have to say, I am finally 100% satisfied with my pool guy.

So far we have had a great experience since we started service in March 25'. A little high on the price but they do provide more than most pool services. I love that i get a report on every cleaning! and communication is great!

Price was good, but the professionalism was bad. Can't keep enough staff to keep the maintenance up. Had back and forth arguments with customer service over not telling me everything that's wrong with my pool system. Only wanted to argue about the things they did tell me about which I fixed myself already. Postponed weekly maintenance and didn't want to compensate me for it. I rather do my own maintenance if I'm going to have this much of a fuss.

James is an excellent technician. He stays on top of the maintenance required and advocates for the appropriate investments.

They don’t vacuum my pool good. They don’t treat my water good. It’s either no chlorine or very acidic and they don’t treat phosphate. They don’t clean my filter and don’t add chlorine tabs. They broke my canopy today and tried to leave without saying anything. This ignore servicing my pool on week before July 4th. I’m disappointed and do not recommend them.
