I was so happy to find PoolGenX. They took such excellent care of my pool, even when I had renters and I lived out of state. They always made sure the pool was clean and the equipment was operating properly, and they were really good about letting me know right away if there was an issue.
I would certainly recommend them to any pool owner.

Dane called ahead to make sure there were no pets loose. He worked efficiently and I saw him bush the walls of the pool which I appreciated. He was better than the previous pool cleaner. I was happy with his work.

George does a really good job with our pool and is very knowledgeable about our pool system. Always provides great service and we have never had any complaints. Keep up the good work George!!

Always considerate, communicates well with me to secure dogs and open gate before 15 min before arrival. He is thourough with the pool service. He answers my questions and gives non biased suggestions based on his experience with products I'm considering.

Our pool guy does a great job. Leaves our pool sparkling clean. He is very mindful of our little dogs if they are outside when he arrives. Makes sure they stay safe during his visit. He’s very polite and professional.

Both of them have always been just a phone call away and have helped with repairs whenever I’ve had emergencies. This past month my pool pump was bursting water, and I called Ricardo. He immediately made his way to my house and fixed the issue right away.

I’ve used JC Steemers for over two years. They ALWAYS do an amazing job on my carpets and sectional! Each time they’ve come they have been professional, courteous, and punctual. My house always smells so clean after they clean up after my two dogs (you’d never know that I had dogs after my carpets have been cleaned).
