Kwik Dry is an excellent cleaning company.
This is my first time of using them, I’ve used couple before but I like Kwik Dry customer service better, and their price is reasonable too. David the technician is very hardworking, focused and polite. I am very particular on customer service which Moureen has demonstrated.
If I say something is good believe me it is because I am very picky. I am keeping Kwik Dry as my cleaning company and I recommend them for who is looking for good finishing work.

Diann sent me a text telling me my appointment is confirmed for Saturday between 8:00--9:00am, i explained to her that i need my carpets cleaned before the moving company is coming on Monday, she said not to worry we will be there on Saturday. i booked the moving company for the following Monday. now they call me 3 days before my cleaning to tell me they can not do the cleaning, I can not change and the moving company date and they are a bunch of liars to their customers.
don't trust this company if they say that they can do somthing.

David did a fabulous job on my carpet especially the stairwell. My carpet looks new again. He was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend your service.

We’re a busy family with three active kids—and a dog—so dirt definitely makes its way into the house. Riverside Kwik Dry did an amazing job! They cleaned our carpeted stairs, and they look brand new. They also cleaned our couch and ottoman, and we were blown away by the results. The couch is at least six years old, and now it looks fresh and revived. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient. With all the wear and tear in our home, this deep clean made a huge difference. From start to finish, the communication was top-notch, and the customer service was even better. First I was quoted $188 for 5 rooms house including hallway. I spent Almost an hour with the lady scheduling the appointment explaining that there was no hallway and could I get an are rug cleaned instead. Oh course I was told yes. On the day the technicians came (Oct 9) David one of the technicians increased the price to $278 including the area rug. We end of paying $233 because they ran out of time (11:30 am), guess they couldn’t miss lunch.
Second I wasn’t happy with the result. I explained about the high traffic areas that we particular wanted careful attention to. Upon inspection of the cleaned carpet I was greatly surprised and impressed, I could have done a better job. I chose this carpet cleaning company because of their 5 star rating, What a JOKE! False and misleading ratings. Save your money! Don’t get fooled like myself with their false 5 star ratings.Keep looking for your carpet

they over charge for chemical that they don’t provide it’s all word and it’s plain water for their chemical!! Screw them !!!!
