Robert from Fresh Dry did an awesome job of cleaning my white carpet in very minimal time. He kept me in the loop as to when he was arriving and how long the job was going to take. He listened to what I was wanting to accomplish and did an amazing job. Robert was very polite and professional. I have already referred Robert from Fresh Dry to my neighbors.

Robert did a great job cleaning my rentals carpets. He was early getting there which was nice and closed up for me when he left, because I had to run errands. Everything smelled fresh and clean and the carpets looked great! Would recommend 100%.

Loved the professionalism of Robert; great job; carpets look like new; there were spots that I didn't think would come out and Robert was able to remove the stains; the tile looks brand new and the grout looks like someone placed fresh grout down. I was very pleasantly pleased with the whole look. I will highly recommend them and will definitely use this service again.

We had our entire upstairs and stairs carpet cleaned. Our house is still fairly new; however, we have two young babies crawling around so we figured it might be best to maintain the cleanliness for them. Also to maintain the warranty we have on our upgraded carpet. I did want to mention that the carpet we had cleaned has a soft touch to it. It also has a soft feel cushion pad underneath.
The two men came and explained what options we wished to choose for the cleaning. They were both professional and polite. The only downfall we had with this experience is that now it seems like our carpet is a little sticky or has a bit of a different texture than how it was prior. It makes me question whether we should continue getting our carpets cleaned this way.

I was a last minute customer when I moved into my rental home. When I arrived I smelled dog! I called Robert he came out mid that afternoon, he used enzyme, he cleaned all my carpets perfectly! I was concerned with the edges, he took special care with those and as every day passes it got better and better. I absolutely love the carpets they look beautiful, I feel like I'm home!

The guys who showed up were very knowledgeable on their products and could answer all of my questions. They did a thorough job and my carpets look fantastic. Prices are simple and straightforward which was nice. They even were able to do a last minute addition to clean my couch. I would recommend them and use them again.

My experience has always been topnotch. I’ve hired Robert over the years, to clean my carpets, couch, and tile & grout. I’ve never been disappointed. The latest work he performed, was on my tile & grout. I had family coming into town, and when they saw the floor, they thought we re-tiled. The only downside is that I’m killing myself to keep it this way! Robert and his crew are very polite, professional, and personable. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them. Robert and his team did a great job on short notice. As soon as I called for the first time they were quick to pick up, answer any questions and schedule an appointment for a couple days after! Before they arrived, they were very thorough in their communication as far as their expected arrival time and when they were pulling up. The service and communication did not stop there. When they arrived, they took a look around and let us know exactly what their game plan was and what to expect. When they finished the job they confirmed satisfaction and reiterated what we needed to do and were on their way. Very professional and prompt. Definitely would use Fresh Dry again and highly recommend!

Great service! First, the initial interaction with the customer service rep, Benay, was fantastic. She was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to receive service within a day of my call even with the busy holiday. The technician, Josh, was very professional, responsive and pleasant. He did an amazing job on my rugs and I couldn’t be happier. Nice job and company all around and 5 star customer service!

I've used FreshDry twice now. Both times they have taken my carpet and made it look brand new again. My stairs were completely stained and covered in dog hair. I hadn't gotten them vacuumed yet by the time they arrived. They went ahead and took care of the vacuuming and cleaning of them and got all the huge dark stains out. Robert was professional and courteous. He contacted me prior to the day to ensure the appointment was still on and then he also called when he was on his way. I would 100% recommend them and use them again.

We’ve been using this service for a couple of years now and they usually do a good job with our carpet cleaning, but this last time we were lucky to get Joseph Aguilera as our technician and he was exceptionally amazing. We have young boys who spill and make big messes. Joseph did a very thorough job, making our carpet and our couch look brand new! I hope we can get him every time!!
