This was hands-down the best carpet cleaning service we have used in 20 years. We had not cleaned in several years (due to the pandemic) and we live in a rural community with a lot of dust and a dirt driveway so they had their work cut out for them. They were on-time, efficient and professional and treated the home with care and respect. They also cleaned the kitchen tile grout and it now looks like new. I am thoroughly enjoying my clean home. Special kudos to the two guys who did all the work here! I very sincerely highly recommend FreshDry and will be using them again next year.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the work from Fresh Dry and rep Robert! He was a true professional and his work ethic was outstanding! My carpet is clean and looks as good as it did the day I purchased it! He also cleaned my sofa which was 9y/o. Initially I thought my sofa needed to be replaced, but to my surprise after one cleaning, my sofa was revitalized! Now it looks brand new! I truly recommend Fresh Dry for carpet and sofa cleaning. You won’t be disappointed with their service!

I had such a great experience with FreshDry. I called them one day and they were out the next morning! They did a fantastic job removing all the urine stains from our pets and the carpets looked like new again. The team called me with updates and were super friendly. Will definitely use them again!

AMAZING SERVICE! Professional, clean, and quick. Communicated for appointment, he was a little earlier than scheduled, but made sure it was ok first. Robert made sure we knew what they were doing and that our carpet would be revived and fresh again since we were just moving in to our new home. Robert and his other Co worker were awesome! Very friendly and did an excellent job on my carpets! I will definitely use them again and refer to everyone I know! They were on time actually ahead of schedule and got me finished quick! They were referred to me by my aunt so I was happy with the job they did!

Absolutely not!! This company is a waste of time. The communication was off for weeks. This company has really gone downhill. The van was leaking oil so bad in my driveway the driver had to put a towel or mop head of somesort underneath so it wouldn't stain it. Then omg.. the results were horrible. The stains came back within a week and the upstairs didn't even look like he touched it. I should have known better to go and look but I stayed downstairs and did my work then when he was done I left to get my kids. To make matter worse he left the door open for a very long time and a dang bird flew into my house. It was such a mess and this company needs to give up. I want my money back.

We've been using FreshDry carpet cleaning service for years and don't plan on changing. The first time we had them at our house, someone had spilled orange soda on the carpet. I told the serviceman that I bet my boyfriend if the stain didn't come out, I was getting new carpet. He apologized and said, "I'm sorry to tell you that you're going to lose that bet' and he was right! He got the stain out and it never came back. We've had numerous pets over the years that left multiple stains on the carpet for a variety of reasons and FreshDry comes through every time! They're always on time, professional, friendly and the service has never wavered throughout the years. 5 big stars!

Gerardo was servicing a neighbor today and I walked over after his was done to see if he could give me a quick qoute before he left the job. Very friendly and he quickly accommodated me with my request.

He gave me a very affordable price so I hired them on the spot for same day service. Very professional equipment and I felt comfortable immediately.

He worked hard and my carpets came out great. We have Bulldogs and our carpets were well over due for a serious steam cleaning.
When he completed the job our carpets looked great and were 100% odor fee.
Nice fresh and clean.

I had another company come out first for dog urine on an area rug, that company made the smell worse. Fresh Dry came out this evening, and were great! The smell is completely gone & my carpet looks like new! The Tech was very polite & cleaned up. I will definitely use them again!

Loved the technician Angel - I personally used FreshDry twice, the very first cleaning, prices were great, as they should have been just for cleaning area rugs. I set the rugs outside, all rugs were vacuumed and ready to be cleaned before the technician arrived.
A few months later, I called FreshDry once again to schedule an appointment to clean additional area rugs. NO ONE EVER ARRIVED - Needless to say, it did not go go well. The technician never arrived as planned. I waited several hours, called multiple times to see if FreshDry was in-fact still planning to show-up to clean the area rugs. Keep in mind I had to drag each of the heavy area rugs outdoors on my own, which is not an easy task. After the third call I spoke to the technician who was unaware of the scheduled appointment that day in addition I made the appointment with the owner, who never notified him of the job on that day. I had a bad feeling about rescheduling, however I thought I would give them a second chance knowing the first visit went so well. The second and final visit was double the cost of what I was originally charged. I was told by the owner there must have been an error with the first cleaning but I was told I would be given a great price since it had only been months from the first cleaning also, I was a return customer and I was told I would be given a great discount. That never happened, I wound up paying an outrageous amount for three area rugs to be cleaned in a matter of 30 minutes. I will not be calling or using the same FreshDry out of Riverside again.

I highly recommend FreshDry. I knew my dry vent needed to be clean but with every day life I kept putting it off. Until today I was in my laundry room and the lint was everywhere on the wall, on the floor and piled in the back. I started to call around. No one can get me in until about a week out. My concern was my house catching on fire. FreshDry fit me in the schedule for same day and Mike the technician was wonderful. He explained everything and answered all my questions he even went over and beyond and cleaned up the lint in the laundry room. I will be using them to clean my sofas in the living room.

Crystal was great. She was very cautious and respectful at my house making sure to always protect corners on walls and clean up as they worked. We had our AC ducts cleaned and all the vents wiped and sanitized. FreshDry also cleaned the carpet in the main bedroom I would highly recommend their services.

Ivan does excellent work! Had our windows washed today, he went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. He cleaned both inside and out, screens, tracks and two security screen doors. Honest and hard working, Ivan is trustworthy with our home. Oh and reasonable in price.
