I have been with Maids modern for years and I’ve always come home to a clean house! They do a great job and highly recommend them.

I am disappointed as they seemed to have good reviews, and from the get-go, I let Antonio know that I was interested in a Move-In/ Deep Cleaning service; the cleaners came over, looked around, and said they were not very well informed on the situation. Cool, they call Antonio. Antonio comes with the needed stuff and helps, and it seems things are going okay. They didn’t finish the job, and Antonio said they would finish the job the following day and advised me to keep in touch. I kept asking through messages what time they would be available, and THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! He said he would call in a timely manner and never did. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. I got charged the full price, and the job wasn’t done. If anybody from Maids Modern wants PROOF of these messages, please contact me.

I’ve had service for 6 months. Once a month. 4 of them I had to request another cleaner. They skip a lot of stuff, don’t wipe down or dust. several problems. Today Is the last time. There were 2 ppl that did. great. All staff are very nice they just don’t clean well

I had a big messy problem. So I've had a lot of medical issues, which has me just barely able to take care of myself with basic day to day needs. So I haven't been able to take care of even basic upkeep of my home for years. Well, I finally had enough and decided to reach out and get the help I needed.

So, I finally decided to search for a home cleaning service near me by using Google Maps. I looked at and reached out to a few businesses. But the only one that I could get a hold of without waiting hours or days was Maids Modern. I was helped immediately and was able to have an in home estimate by the next morning. I got a great price, and was able to set up an appointment for the next business day. They were all very kind, professional, quick yet thorough in cleaning up my home. It looks amazing now! I highly recommend Maids Modern. Thanks again!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to this time. The cleaners were amazing, super polite, worked fast, and paid attention to every little detail.

Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Booking was easy, the team showed up right on time, and they made the whole process completely stress-free.

They were not very detialing for a deep clean. We had to report with a bunch of photos showing exactly how many were missed. They finally caved and sent someone back to take care of some of the areas. Just such a waste of time.

Had my house cleaned today and I couldn’t be more happier . They did a great job and were very polite and considerate to the fact that my husband is recovering from a brain surgery and was asleep. Definitely will be using their services again .

Great service responds quickly and is truly there for the customer. Highly recommend their services and would use again if needed

Antonio is miserable to work with. He doesn't respond or listen to issues or concerns you have. The cleaners slack and cut corners. We have been dealing with them for over a month trying to get things cleaned properly and they still fail. If someone replaced Antonio this place might have a chance.

Avoid them and save yourself the headache.

DO NOT RESERVE WITH THEM. We called them 1 hour after the expected arrival time and they said oh sorry we had a bigger deep clean came up and we prioritized them because it was more money. NO NOTICE, NOTHING. We would've not have known they did not plan on skipping out until we called them. HORRIBLE.

This maids modern cleaning company is the worst company for cleaning. They lie to me for them to get my contract. They have not completed the work promise per the invoice. I have submitted a formal complaint.
Also they did a terrible job cleaning my house. I payed them for deep cleaning and the lady's that showed up didn't know about. They just did a regular cleaning. Please don't hire this cleaning company and save your self a bad experience. Thank you

READ THE REAL 1 STARS before booking. We had a move out scheduled and they sounded great until 1 hour after our schedueld time no one was there. We called in and they said shes "right around the corner' After another 30 minutes we called in and they didnt answer anymore. They STILL Charged our card.
