We've used Ultra Shine in our home for at least 5 years. Prompt, courteous, professional and very reasonable, but most of all just does a fantastic job. I recently had him do our offices at my company as well and again, first class results. I trust Mark and his crew in my home alone and are always great to work with! A+!!

Wow! What a difference this made. I have about 1000 sq ft of cream/beige tile. It had not been professionally cleaned since we moved in. The whole house looks brighter, cleaner and just WOW!. I would highly recommend their service. Extremely professional and kind. I re-scheduled 4x and still they were nothing but polite.

I’ve been hiring Mark with Ultra Shine since I’ve lived in Orangecrest and I have never been disappointed. Just yesterday, I had Mark with Ultra Shine come and clean all the carpet in my house. It looks amazing and he definitely brings life back into furniture! They look new again and our carpet is beautiful again! Mark is always on time, reliable, honest, and friendly. He doesn’t miss a thing, but he also doesn’t waste time. He has consistently does a fantastic job and we won’t use anyone but Mark.

He went above and beyond and came out as quick as possible. Ultra shine did a great job on cleaning my vinly plank flooring, carpets as well my section sofa. There was a team of 3 guys who did the job. Thank you Mark and your team, my floor which really needed the clean is so nice!

I very highly recommend Ultra Shine Cleaning services. There customer services are very professional and we were very very happy with their ability to clean efficiently and removed very tough stains that other cleaning companies said couldn’t be removed. They cleaned our carpet leaving it looking brand new. Anne the cleaned our tile and it still looks very clean and brand new! They worked very hard and were very respectful. Mark and his crew came out today and cleaned 15 years of gunk off my grout! I was ready to replace the tile but today I think I've changed my mind. It's like I have a brand new house. They also cleaned my windows and tracks and did an amazing job! I'll definitely be using his services again. He is knowledgeable, efficient, on-time, and above all professional. I added 2 pictures-- a Before and after. The pictures don't do it justice since the lighting was different later in the day. The grout is light tan again!!! Thanks!

Mark came out to clean all my carpets for a regular cleaning but we also had an old cat who started marking on the carpets. Mark was able to spray enzyme and get the smell completely gone. In the past, I’ve hired mark to clean tile and grout and windows, in which he and his team did an amazing and thoughtful job. I wouldn’t recommend any other company.

Mark and his crew are absolutely fabulous. It was a pleasure to have them in the house while they worked. This is the first time I have used them to clean our windows, and the job they did was so far superior to the people/companies I have used in the past. Everything was perfect. Ultrashine is the BEST!
