Big shout out to Mark Castillo at Ultra Shine Carpet & Tile Cleaning Services. I had them clean our church carpet after a water damage incident that required sanitation treatment also. Ultra Shine left the carpet looking a smelling great!

I had about 1,500 sq ft of tile cleaned! Omg, it's like new! We've used Mark for about 15 years. Great work on cleaning carpets or tile!

We met Chris randomly out looking for pool cleaning supplies one Sunday afternoon, we had no idea what to get. We asked Chris his opinion and the conversation then led to us eventually asking him if he would come help us get our green slimmy pool clear and clean again. He offered to help us and we discussed a weekly cleaning service schedule until the pool became clear. Then we hired him for his monthly pool cleaning services.
Chris shows up on time or early, is respectful in alerting us his comings and goings, and the pool has never looked this good, plus the chemical levels are good because non of the kids complain about any eye irritation. If you're looking for an affordable pool cleaner then give him a try, you and your pool will be glad for it.

Chris service is excellent. He arrives on time, spends time and pays attention to detail while cleaning. Mu pool looks wonderful when he is done. I like that he notifies me when he is on the way and the notice when he is done. I like that he sends me a detail of the services he has completed including the chemical he used and the condition of the water. He communicates when necessary and offers ways to solve any problems. We have been through a lot of pool guys in our 20 years of having a pool. But Chris is like a pool genius. He knows exactly what's wrong and does repairs quickly and efficiently. He is knowledgeable, honest, and keeps the pool sparkling clean. This is the number 1 pool guy and someone who once you hire him, you never want to lose him!

This is the first time in several years that I encounter a positive experience with pool services. I believe Chris is trustworthy and a professional. He explained to us how the electrical issues of the house needed to be upgraded and he was able to install a new water pump and the whole system in a timely manner. Chris is also very responsive and communicative. I highly recommend doing business with this person because to be honest... I was so done with my pool (and prior experiences), and after he came into the picture (thanks to all the other reviews I read prior to calling him), I am more than grateful and hopeful that now I can finally enjoy our pool... Which is the only entertainment available for my family and I in this extremely hot and expensive state of California.
