We just had our carpets cleaned for the third time by Ultra Shine Cleaning services. Not only were we able to book an appointment the following week but Mark was able to take care of us earlier than expected. The two techs arrived right on time, explained the whole process and were done in record time. They took great care and were respectful of our property and had amazing customer service skills. Mark completed our tile floor cleaning. He and Caden did a fantastic job. It is most noticeable in the kitchen area but other non food areas also look much better! Also, Mark promptly arrived at the scheduled time. I would highly recommend his services.
