Had these guys service my pool since I installed it, owner claims they cleaned my filters every 3 months when I told him I never saw his guys clean them. Opened up my filters and this is what I found.very disappointing.

He charged me for services not completed. Over 350. The problem got worse. I went and spent 40 for a gasket and the problem was fixed.
He said I had a bad motor, 1700. Crazy. Terrible service

This place or this driver has no common courtesy for other drivers. This person cut me off driving 50 in a school zone did not stop at the crosswalk in a neighborhood. This person’s driving like a madman, 35 mph streets he’s driving 50.

This company is very hardworking, and they strive to get your money's worth. I'm am deeply sastified with my service. they always try to go the extra mile, I highly recommend them take care of all your pool maintainance needs.

We had been getting our pool serviced by them for years. Never had an issue. Even though we have weekly services and nothing has changed for years my pool is suddenly green! Called Them to ask what was going on and why the guy didn’t service my pool today or the week before and the owner responded extremely rude, Right off the bat said he didn’t want to be cleaning our pool anymore because it was too much work. the same pool they have always serviced suddenly can’t be kept clean by them. You should not treat a paying client that Way if you are not capable of keeping a pool clean anymore you should call and suspend service for them so we can find someone who can.

Moe is wonderful to work with. Honest, reliable, prompt! We had a problem with my Mother's spa and Moe and his crew were out the next day fixing everything. His pricing was fair and he is very reliable! I highly recommend this company.

The staff is super knowledgable. They listened to my concerns and provided solutions that met my needs within my budget.. The service man that came out and installed our pump was professional, very helpful, efficient, and had a very positive attitude. When it was discovered that my circuit board needed replacing, he found a cost effective replacement for me. I would definitely recommend Moe’s to anyone with pool needs. They are quality people. providing quality service.

Amazing, professional service! My father passed away and we were selling his house. Large in-ground pool had been empty for over 30 years. Several buyers could not get their loans approved with the empty pool. Moe was super nice, showed up to give an estimate less than one hour after I called. His price was very reasonable and well below others. We live out of state making things difficult. He immediately went to work on our pool even though he had several other jobs at the time. Had his crew there working late at night and weekends to finish super fast. Pool turned out beautifully with no issues. He continued to service the pool for us until it sold, they kept the pool looking amazing. Completely trust this company 100%. Moe was kind and very responsive. Always answering calls and texts immediately or within minutes. Can't recommend them enough!!

I would definitely recommend Moe's Pool and Spa. I have had only great experiences with them. When my pool pump went out everyone else could not come out for 3-5 days. He was able to install a new pump and filter the next day. I was so impressed that months later I called him to replace an older pump for my pond. I received the same great service and my electric bill has decreased!

I’m not sure who drives Moe’s Pool Services’ vehicles, but they need to be more responsible on the road. One of their drivers recklessly cut me off on the freeway, putting me and my three children at risk. When I caught up to him, he appeared to be laughing about it. At one point, he even rolled his window down like he was preparing to say something, but I wasn’t interested in an altercation, so I let him continue ahead.

After seeing another review mention unsafe driving, it seems like this isn’t just a one-time incident. If you're driving a company vehicle, you should be representing the business in a professional and safe manner. Hopefully, Moe’s Pool Services addresses this issue before something worse happens.

Called Moe yesterday afternoon regarding our spa and he answered immediately and was able to provide different options and solutions based on the images we sent. We told him we were hoping to get our spa back up and running ASAP and he was more than accommodating with scheduling and getting someone over to us. We highly recommend Moe and his crew for all your pool and spa needs.

Carlos at Moe’s spa has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is quality and done right. He stands by his work and comes out to service and repair and hold true to his warranties. I would recommend him to anyone looking for high quality and reasonably priced work. I’m so grateful for their high quality work.
