I was very disappointed with the service to say the least. After the carpet was "cleaned" I didn't really notice a difference, many of the stains on the carpet were still visible. Some of the corners of our rooms were not vacuumed nor washed! In all honestly I felt like it was more of a spot cleaning instead of a full carpet cleaning. I feel like with the the service I received I was overcharged. I would advise against anybody hiring this company.

Was O.K he complained upon arrival of turns to get to my home. I asked before hand if he services my area .
He seemed to be using very old equipment, which I don’t mind if it works job was done in about 10 minutes for my rug and 5 min for my room very fast .I was concerned so I asked already? He said it extracted lot of dirty water . The carpets don’t smell like fresh no scent just plain water. I don’t think was worth the amount I paid .

This was one of the best carpet cleaning services I’ve used! He was timely and professional— my carpet was in bad shape and he did a wonderful job... highly recommend! A customer for life.
