Amazing! Place looked brand new which was shocking because the carpet was in rough shape. Will, in South Orange County was a legend! I forgot to get a few things ready beforehand, but he took care of it no problem. Great guy and great service. Only took a video so I could only screenshot one pic, but looked great!

Our tech was Julio. He was great and did such an amazing job from start to finish. He did a good walk through with us and explained the process well. He removed troubled areas that we weren’t sure he would be able to. He was so thorough and we were thrilled our 20+year old carpets look almost new! We would recommend Julio and Zerorez to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

Very professional and on-time. Our couch looks amazing and they even applied scotch guard to keep it clean longer. They knew exactly what we needed and even made time to add on a grout cleaning service. Everything dried quickly and there was no chemical or soapy smell. Very satisfied!

Maurice did a great job!! He showed up on time and explained everything very well. I have a very large dog that leaves the house smelling like dog, but Maurice was able to get the smell out. He was extra attentive to the room the dog stays in most of the time too. I will definitely have them come back in 6 months to do my carpets again!!

Branden our carpet cleaner did a great job in cleaning our family room carpet. He pretreated snd thoroughly cleaned and also spiked the protective coat. Very satisfied with his work.

However the rugs look good as usual. However my floors are weird. There is white haze in areas I am now rewashing my floors. For the money I spent I should not have to redo areas.

Great service by the technician and listened to what I needed. The cleaning included a urine treatment in one spot that my little dog had marked and scotchguard treatment on the stairs. Also removed hard stains in one of the rooms in the house that I have tried to get out. Great work

The lady that took my appointment was very sweet and quoted a starting price over the phone, final quote based on how bad the carpets are with pet stains etc. super friendly and nice.

Maurice came out and cleaned our carpets and tile grout. He called us when he was on his way, was very friendly and professional and our carpets and the tile grout are clean again!! I have used ZEROREZ for over 10 years - at different houses, with pet cats, pet dogs, and lots of dirty footprints & I wouldn’t consider using another company. I keep using them because all of the Technicians are great and the results are worth the price.

I've used Zerorez twice at my rental property (I have it cleaned annually to ensure my carpet is fresh and clean for guests) and have been very happy with the results both times. Previous cleaning services did not leave it as clean as Zerorez. Their pricing is reasonable, the crew is friendly and efficient, they were even early. My carpet is old but it always looks better after Zerorez cleans it. I will continue to use them.
