Aaron called before arriving to give me an ETA, and he arrived very close to that time. He got right to work and the carpet looked great when he was finished. Zerorez, the company, confirmed 3 different times by email, phone and text. I felt the price was very fair. They are a top-notch organization and I recommend them for carpet cleaning. Aaron was very professional and did a super job.

This was our first time ever using Zerorez for carpet cleaners and my wife and I could not be any happier. Sal and his co-worker Diego (who was in training ) were the most professional, polite and hard-working gentleman I’ve ever experienced for carpet cleaners which we’ve probably done 50-60 times in our life. They also cleaned a large sofa and a matching loveseat and they look fresh and new and they’re 20 years old. It feels so good to have a company that does excellent work that you feel comfortable with, and you can trust. They are reasonably priced and the end result is Absolutely excellent!

Communication with Zero Rez team was fantastic. Booked an appointment after submitting details online. The technician, Jeremy, called a 1/2 hour before arriving at scheduled time to give me the heads up he was on his way. Jeremy showed up on time, was extremely pleasant, and protected the floors before bringing in his equipment. Jeremy completed the job as requested in a timely manner and I could not be happier! I will definitely be using Zero Rez going forward and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best carpet cleaning option.

Eduardo our tech was prompt, communicative, and extremely thorough.
He discussed all of the areas we would be cleaning and even suggested one of my rugs was not worth doing based on the material.
I ended up having him clean more items than planned in the house because of his honesty and experience.

He was very polite and Protected everything surrounding where the hoses would touch throughout the house.
I will never use any other company but Zerorez.

Just want to say Jorge did a great job on my carpet. He was local which was great to. My carpet is white and it has been awhile that I had it done. For the most part it’s a lot better. With the price I’ll be calling more often. Thank you Zerorez.

Carpet cleaners are only as good as the tech doing the job. Jeremy Adams was a joy to work with. He was super thorough, and even cleaned up the overspray mess left by a previous tech. He was accommodating and helpful. It’s amazing what a difference clean carpets can make. Feels like we have a whole new house!

I had a wonderful experience getting carpeting in my whole house cleaned. Jared sent a text on his way and upon arrival walked through all the rooms to be cleaned. Then he made a plan for the order in which he'd do each room. We had an opportunity to discuss specific areas in need of special attention. When he was done he reviewed areas he had finished. Every room looked fantastic. Most things had been removed from each room as possible before he arrived but anything remaining he moved to clean then put plastic under the legs or bottom to protect as the carpet dried. Jared gave me his card and contact to call for questions later or anything I might need. I will definitely use this company again and if Jared is still there I will ask for him.

Our technician Jorge did good job. He pointed out a stain that might not come out completely on our patio furniture, which I’m glad he did, bc I would rather have an honest answer then a lie and then be disappointed at the end. Stain did not come out completely, but it was good enough for me. Everything else come out good. Would recommend because of their honesty and pricing. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future upholstery, carpet cleaning needs that come up.

If you’re reading reviews you must be as nervous as I was . I had hired a company about 3 months ago and they did a terrible job . It changed the look and feel of the carpet .The carpet we installed was the top of line and not cheap. We put this carpet in about a year ago and I love clean carpet having Labradors . I called this company extremely nervous. Maurice North came out and was fantastic. Took his time and was a really nice guy. My carpets feel and look brand new again. I waited a couple weeks to write this as I wanted to be sure. So happy I called the company to let them know this morning. Thank you again .

Maurice did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets! He was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. From the moment he arrived, he explained the process clearly and made sure to address every concern. The carpets look brand new; fresh, soft, and spotless. Maurice paid attention to detail, even taking extra time on tough stains that I thought were permanent. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work.

Amazing customer service and cleaning job done on our carpets.
Our window for the appointment was scheduled between 8AM-10AM. George called me at 7:35AM letting me know he was right on schedule and set to arrive at exactly 8AM.
We did a quick walkthrough of my home, he answered all of my questions and explained the service and got right to work.
He completed an office space, living room, stairs, and one of our upstairs bedrooms in a little over an hour.

Jeremy was professional over the top!!! Explained everything in detail along with pricing. Helped move things which was a blessing because it’s just me. I’m selling my house and putting it on the market starting Tuesday. Oppenheimer is my realtor. The couch was excellent and looks like a brand new couch as well as the floor. I can’t say enough about how happy I am. I hope it dries well. There was one spot that there was a big stain and that’s fine too. Very, very, very happy. Thank you, Jeremy and thank you Zerorez. I’m super picky about what is done in my home. I’m very integrative and this is by far. The best company on the market every single person. Should use it. I teach about healing and the Covid variant that’s coming and travel the world about teaching Lifewave light technology. Our technician, Will, was kind, helpful, and incredibly informative throughout the entire process. The three carpeted bedrooms look so much better, and I truly feel our home is cleaner and the air is fresher—without the use of harsh chemicals. We’re very grateful for the excellent service!

Brandon was very conscientious and called and texted just before appointment.
He was sympathetic with us as we needed the carpet cleaned because our dog was in continent and has since passed away.

We are very pleased with our results from Zerorez. Our carpet looks new! Julio was great he was very respectful of our home, placing plastic and foam squares under furniture that couldn’t be moved. He was very professional, friendly and did an excellent and timely job. I would highly recommend Zerorez, it’s the only company I will use going forward.

Julio Castro is the best! Went above and beyond, was such a kind person and did a stellar job. He got it all done in a jiff, want to say it was thirty minutes definitely not more than an hour! I highly recommend ZeroRez. Our technician Jason was so professional and friendly. He did a great job and our rugs, tile, grout, & furniture look brand new again. I was skeptical about doing the tile/grout but went for it and am so happy we did. I didn’t know how dirty it was until it came out almost a new color!
