I won’t be using any other service for my pool needs… Alliance Pool Care has exceeded my expectations! Communication is spot on, prices are great for the quality of work that is given, and Daniel was quick to address the concerns I had. I’m so grateful for this very reliable pool service. Excellent customer service as well!!!

Daniel was prompt to come to our house to assess whether my heater could be repaired or needed to be replaced. Being 30 years old it was quickly determined that it had to be replaced. Once it was removed, the bottom fell out confirming it indeed needed to be replaced and Daniel's honesty. I was quoted a cost for the install that included all parts and labor so that as the install progressed, there were no "surprises" causing the price to go up. I highly recommend Alliance for any pool repair.

Daniel was great. He responded very quickly to our inquiry regarding replacement of our pool heater and he had the heater we wanted and other necessary parts in stock.
Daniel provided a very reasonable estimate and was available to do the work a couple of days later. Daniel arrived on time, he had everything he needed to complete the job and got everything done very quickly that same day. He hauled away the old heater and other old parts and left the area clean. He did such a good job we had him come back and replace our inline chlorinator and he was just as reasonable and efficient as when he replaced the heater.
After the holidays Daniel will be coming back to do some additional modifications to our pool plumbing.
We couldn’t be happier with the work Daniel did for us and his prices were more reasonable than any other quote we were given by other contractors.
We highly recommend Alliance for anything you need for your pool or spa and we’ll have him do any other work we need because we know it will be done correctly and at a reasonable price.

Daniel did a great job repairing a small leak on our waterfall feature pump. He was very prompt and even helped answer some general questions I had about our pool system.

He was a very nice guy and seemed very knowledgeable. He will be my go to guy for any pool equipment services and would definitely recommend his company.

Hate that I am his first non-five star review as I reached out to Daniel based on his reviews. Nice guy. Friendly and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions on the first visit but under his care my pool came out with stains and discoloration that didn’t exist prior to him, follow up and follow through regarding repair and communication always seemed to be an issue. After I noticed some issues with the pool, I bought an expensive testing kit and started to test my levels the same day that I would receive his emailed reports. My testing never aligned with his.

Between the issues mentioned above and after the second time he skipped a weekly visit without notification, I decided I could spend $160 a month better, elsewhere.

Our pool filter recently failed and our pool service and repair company at the time brushed it off as not that big of a deal. Long story short, we terminated our service with them and sought a new company. I was referred to Daniel at Alliance Pool Care who reached out and gave me a very reasonable estimate for a filter replacement. He came out the next day after we agreed to a system and installed the filter, re-did some piping for our pool equipment and fixed our spa jets. I got to observe Daniel as he worked (so that I could learn more about my pool system, since I have now taken over its servicing.) He is a very chill and respectful guy, is thoughtful about his work and does stuff the right way. I highly recommend him and his company for any pool/spa work and will definitely be calling him again the next time we need a repair.

My pool pump was loosing pressure all the time. I called several pool repairs, and I ended with Daniel. Daniel came on time, diagnosed the problem immediately and gave two options for repairs based on pricing and durability. I selected the more costly and started immediately fixing the pipes, installing new ones, and in a matter of two hours, he fixed the problem. The pump is running fine with the right pressure. I highly recommend Daniel for uour pool repairs.

I was so pleased with the quick response I got from Daniel! We couldn’t keep up on our pool maintenance at our home in Riverside, but now it is looking much better. Very happy!

Dan was very helpful and provided clear information about our pool equipment, and he didn’t seem to try to oversell us. Also, he was available months later to answer questions as they came up. Would recommend!

Alliance Pool Repair is my go to for any pool problems I might have. The attention to detail is obvious. The after repair clean up is always spot on. The diagnosis and if needed, repairs are always fair and reasonably priced. So far, no unanswered calls and the call or text return is prompt.

i’ve struggled to maintain my pool for a while now. i’ve been through many pool cleaning businesses, but have never really been satisfied. Alliance pool care has been very helpful and i’ve been completely satisfied with their work. Daniel is very educated in what he does and has amazing customer service. if i were to recommend someone to clean your pool it would have to be Alliance pool care!

Alliance Pool Representative, Daniel N. is a seasoned, knowledgeable professional and answered my questions about pool maintenance and how the various components function together. He installed our saltwater conversion system and the difference it makes is an amazing experience.

I have hired Daniel from Alliance Pool Service on several occasions and I couldn’t be happier with his work and his professionalism. I needed to have my 23 year old pool heater replaced and Daniel gave me a very reasonable price for the heater and labor. Recently I called Daniel out as my aqua link control center was flashing and not responding to the scheduled program. I also needed help with replacing filter grids which were old and torn. Daniel is great about responding to texts, letting me know ETAs, communicating options for repair, and fast efficient service. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend hiring Alliance Pool Service for all of your pool maintenance and service needs.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. THAT HORRIBLE LADY WITH THE BLODE HAIR IS THE WORST. SHE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL TALK THE WHOLE TIME INSTEAD OF WORKING. HAD TO TELL HER TO CLEAN THE SAME SPOTS TWICE. YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB. IT WAS SO BAD I JUST TOLD HER TO LEAVE.

worst cleaning service. i tried them twice just to give them a second chance. the woman said she didn't want to clean my bath tub ( i kid you not, it was not that dirty. i only lived in the apartment for a month and i had just cleaned it 2 weeks prior). she didn't want to was dishes. she wanted to use the dish washer because there was too many ( i don't use my dish washer, it doesn't clean well). she didn't want to hang my daughters clothes. EVERY TASK came with a complaint and was done terribly. she suckered me into helping her! hello thats why I am paying you! I don't want to do it!! Then at the end asked me for a tip!!!!!
