Great experience with this team cleaning my couch, it looks so much better! The whole team was professional and efficient. They were very responsive with coordinating their arrival leading up to the appointment. Would 100% recommend and would call again if I need further service!

The whole team at Ecofriendly are super sweet and hardworking! I don't trust any other company to come down and shampoo the carpets. Each time we've moved out of an apartment complex we call Ecofriendly (much cheaper than having the complex charge you for it) and we always get our full deposit back. My niece had an accident happen in the back seat of my cousins car and I told her to call Nelson, the owner of Ecofriendly. He was able to squeeze her in immediately and cleaned the mess very quickly. Customer service 💯 Quality job 💯

This is the second time I’ve used their services and I’m extremely satisfied with the way my carpet turned out! Looks brand new! This company is a great find because they respond quickly, they are on time, do a great job and it’s very affordable! Five stars well deserved!

They came to. Lean two area rugs, a sectional and a recliner all of which needed very bad cleaning. We have to doggies not yet house broken and it was a mess. They were able to clean and take the oder out of all the fabrics I was very impressed. I would definitely strongly recommend them.

Spoke with Nelson who gave me a quote over the phone. I appreciated that because to me it’s good business to price the size or item not the location of where it is. Well the moment the tech arrived, he asked the amount that was quoted and said it was too low! He then said that he would speak to his boss “Nelson”. I then text Nelson and said that if he doesn’t honor his quote there’s no need to return. Nelson responded and said he would return. I thought “Great!” A man of his word. NOPE! I was wrong, he returned to say that my couches were purchased for a lot of money and that he doesn’t feel he could do a nice job without charging me more! I then asked him if the price were higher would he then work on my Sofas? He said yes! It didn’t take long for me to know this was the wrong company to call! I was literally shocked that a business would back out of their original quote after noticing the quality or location of my home! So disappointed!

This is the second time I use Eco-friendly, I love them! ECOfriendly is very safe for my pet cats and dogs.
I strongly recommend them for your carpet cleaning. My carpet is very old and with pets and kids it was in a terrible condition. Eco-friendly cleaned it like new!!!

Eco friendly did a great job cleaning our carpet. It's a noticable noticeable difference. The carpet feels cleaner, softer and any odors that were present due to our dog is gone. Also, Nelson was friendly, helpful and professional. He made efforts of helping me move some heavier items I could not alone like the couch. Him and his partner were on time when they said they would arrive and the scheduling was effortless.

This is the second time that we have used eco-friendly carpet cleaning. We used them originally for the couch to be cleaned and liked their service so much that we had them come back to do carpet cleaning. They’re a little more pricey but they’re super professional, quick, and friendly and don’t try and upsell you which is a huge plus as other companies always try to do this when I get into your home. Super happy with the results and will be contacting them first for any other steam cleaning.

Nelson and Daniel(hopefully I remembered his name right) both were excellent. Very friendly, quick and hard working. They cleaned our rather dirty fabric couch and wow what a difference it’s made. Their price seemed very fair as well. Thank you very much you guys!

Nelson was so easy to work with. I called him on Wednesday to set up an appointment for Saturday, and he was very communicative with confirming the time. My house was left smelling clean and fresh! I would reccomend his service and also use him again. He made my dirty white couches look so much better and removed a lot of the stains from my toddler. He was honest with me that he could not completely remove every stain (sharpie) but did make them look presentable.

Very professional finish on my carpet. Nelson even offered carpet deodorizer free of charge since I was a first time customer. My carpet came back to life after he was done with it, and I didn't think it would look that good for a basic carpet clean. Definitely check them out if you want a good service at competitive prices.

I have to say, I would highly recommend this company!! On time, no mess and the nicest and most polite young men!! A big shout out to Daniel and Alex - thank you for the great job, my furniture looks like new!! They did a wonderful job and I could not believe how bright my couch looked after they finished. My two chairs look amazing!!! If I need anything else done, these are the guys I am going to call!!! Thank you both so much for a great experience!!!

Wow is all I can say! They did an amazing job with my couches on my move in! They were stale and dusty smelling & now they are clean like new and the odor is gone! My couches are navy blue and there was no discoloration, they actually look more rich! Nelson and his associate were friendly and efficient, complimented the decor in my home and even took a peek at the carpets as I advised I would need them clean very soon! I would def recommend this company! Stellar job!

Nelson was absolutely amazing! He’s very professional, punctual and he did such a great job cleaning our couch! We have a 4 year old and 3 dogs; he for every stain out of the couch and made it look almost new!
