I called the same day that my service was done and the worker came on time, he was very respectful and professional my couch looks brand new, was thinking about replacing it but not after the work

The staff who cleaned the room were very professional. The room had a lot of cat accidents from my very old and ill cat and they did a great job getting out both the stains and odor. Highly recommend!

Omg I love love love how amazing my couch and carpets came out. I have a light pink velvet couch and it kinda dingy and it literally came out amazing. I also had a couple spots that I tried to get out myself and I really thought it was gonna be impossible. He did it! Best ever!

They were so helpful and ready at a moments notice. People I leased my apartment to made a mess but luckily they did a great job and did me a solid by squeezing me into their schedule last minute. It was a little tricky to figure out how to reach my apartment but they made it work and worked quickly.

Great company, they cleaned my sectional couch for me and left it looking almost brand new! The workers were prompt and very nice, they were also wearing gloves, boot covers and masks. So, if your afraid to have anyone out at your house right now because of the Virus, no need to worry with these guys. I will definitely use them again.

Technician was communicative and let us know when he was coming. When he arrived, he was super professional and thorough. Our carpet and upholstery look so good and we’re really happy with how everything came out.

I’ve subcontracted this company several times this year for strip and wax as well as carpet cleaning. The first Job was a strip and wax job that was about 700 sq ft. The owner was not happy with the job because they missed a lot of spots and didn’t do the corners. So they came back and did the job again. It was better the second time but still missed some areas. The second job they did was a commercial carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. It was about 2,000 sq ft. The tile came out good except the corners in the bathrooms. It’s all white until you look at the corners. The carpet had a weird smell after it was done like they didn’t extract most of the water and it was soaked for 3 days. I had them come out and he said it should have dried in 24 hours.
Finally, the last job I had scheduled with them was initially about 900 sq ft. But then the owner last minute says they only want some of the rooms done which would be about 500 sq ft. So Nelson said they aren’t going to do the job because they require a minimum of 1,000 sq ft for a strip and wax job (which they didn’t require that before) and they couldn’t do separate rooms because the chemicals would leak into the hallway. When they quoted me, they quoted each section separately so we were all under the impression that we can choose the sections we wanted done. Now they are saying the whole job needs to be done or nothing? Yeah, I’m looking for another subcontractor now.

I couldn’t be more happy with the service. The crew was incredibly professional and nice, showed on time and helped moving furniture. The carpet looks like new! This saved me thousands of dollars, since I was thinking that our carpet is beyond help. I am simply delighted.
