This is the repair guy who not only answered all the questions about the repair , he also explained the cost analysis for a new unit and age related issues of the current ac unit.
Getting help and understanding of what to expect and its cost was so important. That gave me reassurance and peace of mind.

The day of service, Pedro, the technician provided me with an ETA prior to arrival and then promptly showed up at that time. Pedro assessed the situation efficiently, was highly knowledgeable, and explained everything that he was doing throughout the process which was very helpful. He was able to determine the cause of issue and repair it quickly and effectively.

Dario came out to check our AC as it was cooling the house. He was on time communicated showed pictures from the attic and videos of what was happening as well as explaining what my options were. He was professional covered his shoes vacuumed up and overall honest hard working young man.

Careful, a Free Estimate is not a Free Estimate, although the web Site specifically states "Free Estimates, Financing, And Trust",they only give them on full system replacements. Which was stated as being an industry standard, so how os the verage person suppose to know this, I ask. I went with someone else who does in fact give free estiamtes.

Michael Amato fixed my AC system for no extra cost, outside of American Home Shield charging me, by changing out my filter and filling it with ounces of coolant solution for no additional charge! He was in and out in less than 30 minutes too! What a great technician and company. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of a check up! 😁

I'm extremely happy with the Service provided, Pedro, Christian... Installers!! Very professional, very knowledgeable. We got different quotes on different options, from fixing the old system, to upgrading to the top of the line system. Every option was clearly explained by Christian.
Contract for a new system was signed Friday afternoon and new system was up and running by Monday afternoon.
Fast, courteous but most important... Very professional!! We highly recommend!
