Cristian was early and efficient. He provided detailed information on my heater and went above and beyond to help me understand the problems and what my next steps should be.

Michael came to give us an estimate, he explained everything thoroughly so we can understand what we were puchasing. Once we signed the contract his team came in and worked quickly and efficiently to set up the system. Unfortunately he was unable to get the 2 stage system that we wanted. Instead the manufacturer was able to give us a free upgrade to a variable speed. Would do business with them again and again. 2 months into the summer the system is working too well. Thank you guys so much!

Definitely recommending to friends and family! Our system went out and when I called I was lucky enough to be squeezed in that very day! Luis Pinedo arrived with a real nice service attitude you don't really see these days and got straight to work. Not only did he help us out with what was wrong he also explained what the issue was, how it happened, wether or not it's avoidable in the future and set us up with some of the best product available at a reasonable price! My 4 year old furnace was not coming on. We’d had it serviced three times and it would work for a few hours, then back to not working. Parts were replaced, but still no luck.
On the 4th service call, Pedro was sent to check out what could possibly be the issue. He did a thorough job, spent at least 90 minutes checking the interior, temperatures, connections, etc. He made some adjustments based on his knowledge and experience with our model of furnace.
Lo and behold he fixed it! Thank you, Pedro!

About 3-4 years ago my air conditioner broke on a Friday during a heat wave. No matter how many times I called no one would come until 3 days later. The repair guy never came in but did fix my air conditioner.
Last week my air conditioner started making the same noise as before it broke. I called to have it checked out because once again we are in a heat wave. Michael Amato came earlier than scheduled, looked at my air conditioner outside, came inside checked all my vents, air filters, entire system with pictures. Once he was done he sat down explained where each picture came from and the importance of each part in relation to the system. I was shocked. If the other repairman care and had the same knowledge it might have saved me money.
He gave me 3 options to chose from again explaining the pros and cons of each. He didn’t pressure me into getting the most expensive one but based on the pictures and his knowledge that’s the one I chose.($4000). He called the office said they would come out the next day at 8am. My doorbell rang at 7:59 am the next morning.

They cleaned my system and replaced air filters etc took about 3 hours. I was so happy for a few hours before my air conditioner was on but blowing hot air. I wasn’t upset because Michael had explained that my system was old. I called the office the next day around 3pm. They said they would call Michael so he can come check out what going on. While I was on the phone with the office Michael called me. He came later in the evening and checked the system again. Sadly he wasn’t able to fix it Friday evening and promised to come at 8am on Saturday with the part.
Omg! It was a rough night. Saturday morning went to my kitchen to get something,looked outside and Michael was here as promised 8am!
He was a life saver. Not only did he come on a Saturday early morning (8am) but went straight to work. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He went above and beyond of what I expected. The entire company was professional from start to finish. The men who did the system cleaning were outstanding, fast and efficient. I highly recommend ServLegacy INC. to address your family needs!

ServLegacy and Pedro were very prompt and professional, with excellent communication. Pedro serviced our AC, took photos of our HVAC system and went over the various units and parts (it's old), showing us what had been replaced before we bought our home last summer. We have a better understanding that our hvac has exceeded its life expectancy, could need repair or replacement at any point in the future, and answered our questions about possible replacement options and costs. We highly recommend ServLegacy and Pedro for hvac service, and will contact them again as we need.

ServLegacy is awesome! Mike recently installed two new heat-exchangers at our home and took the time necessary to be sure they were operating properly, including thoroughly cleaning out the condensation drain lines. Today, after Cesar had come to the house yesterday to troubleshoot a furnace control problem, Mike arrived with and installed a replacement controller board which immediately fixed the problem. I was very impressed by the ServLegacy team's professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to taking the time necessary to do the job right. Mike, Cesar, and the entire ServLegacy team has my highest recommendation!
