My business had some AC problems Van and Jeremy came by the next day. They diagnosed the problem got the part and the following week fixed my AC.
Ashley made scheduling very easy and the days and times she set they made it.

Would recommend Direct AC to anyone.

First off, Jason was excellent from the start to finish. Jason got back to me quickly; sent me options, had a tech come by for look and scheduled my installation within a weeks time. Chris and Van were on time for the schedule installation, ready for the day and they finished the job in record time. I was working from home the entire time and could barely tell thy were in my home. They were so professional, they wore their masks and were respectful of my home. Like magic my old system was removed, my new system was installed and they repaired the minor issues. They had me up and running in no time at all. Thank you Chris and Van for your excellent customer service, your technical expertise and for the focus, quality and efficiency you displayed on your work. Thank you Direct AC for your help with this project and for the extremely reasonable pricing options!!! I had such a great experience, I will be referring Direct AC to all my friends and family.

Direct AC replaced our furnace and air conditioner this last week. As we were going through the process of getting quotes, Jason and Chris were great to work with. They answered all of our questions both while they were here and after we had time to review the quote. They sent us plenty of information about the products so that we could make an informed decision, but was not attempting to sell us something that we didn't want or need. They really cared about our satisfaction and didn't treat us like just another sale.

The schedulers were easy to work with and called to set up the appointments quickly after we decided to go for the replacement A/C and furnace.

On the day that we had scheduled, Chris showed up early and got to work immediately. They did a very fast, but very professional looking installation. They didn't leave until all of the equipment was installed and tested, and they had shown us how to maintain each piece of equipment. They cleaned up after themselves before they left, and had it not been for the new equipment, you wouldn't have known they were here.

The quote that we were given before the project started is the amount that was billed. It included everything, including all taxes so there were no surprises.

Overall, Direct AC was a great company to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

Worst customer service online shows 7:30am arrive at that time person in charge of gate said to wait till 8:10am waited and still had me waiting till 9am to get access inside will call, person that arrived after me got service before me having me waiting till 9:30am to get package just for 2 sensors that were on will call highly recommend having better customer service

Mr Geno is very professional, he explained everything to me, for example; the vent replacement time frame. The company said he would be here between 8 and 10am and he was here at 8am which I really appreciate.

Spoke with Kristen about our AC needs. She was very nice. She asked direct but simple questions, confirmed a time. The technician showed up the same day and the whole thing was was cheaper than I expected. Best service and pricing. Will refer them to anyone I know.

Ricardo was excellent to take time explaining the product lines, scope of work, how to solve the issues with low volume air flow, and etc. He inspected all components to make a right decision for my need. Very kind and professional.
Van came back to adjust the air strength of different rooms and check the temperature difference of ins and outs. He added more refrigerator to one of the units. Now, the air is perfectly cold, blow speed is just right in each room. No charge under warranty. Van, who said 11yrs experience, was an expert with extreme kindness. Thank you guys and Direct AC.

I had an issue with my new thermostat and couldn’t figure it out, but Geno came and fixed it within a few minutes! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate how quickly he identified the problem and got everything working perfectly. Highly recommend Geno for any AC or thermostat issues!

Prompt, polite, professional, overall great experience. Jeremy showed up on time to assess what was going on with our HVAC system and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He took photos in our attic so we could see exactly what the issue was... turns out our 40 year system was disintegrating and blowing bits of fiberglass throughout our home, so THAT wasn't great. Repair and replacement was scheduled promptly and Jeremy along with Van, Geno and Arie came the following week. Super nice guys, very professional, the job was an all day event, but in the end we are breathing healthy air. Highly recommend the company, we'd use them again.

Today Geno came out to take care of us and I am so pleased with the services. Geno is respectful, kind and caring. He took care of the issue right away. I just hired an HVAC firm to replace my whole system. The team showed up on schedule and began to work right away. They took out the old unit and put in the new HVAC system quickly and well. The installation was clean and well done. The personnel made it obvious how everything works. The new system works great and keeps our house quite comfortable. After the work was done, the cleanup was quite thorough. This company is great for installing HVAC systems.
