Really nice guys, they tried to help me out that said it was the motherboard and wanted to replace it, but couldn’t guarantee that was the issue. I paid them for the trip and I got a second opinion and the guys went up there and worked on it for about an hour and said there is some loose wires or something but now I’m all together up and running. Glad I didn’t spend money on the motherboard.

So thankful Metz Air has a well-staffed team to respond to a/c problems during this hot summer! Our technician, Jay, was the best! Arriving on time, he went straight to the source of our problem and had us up and running with a/c!! I should mention that although I had a tune-up with another a/c company (who no longer has my business) I discovered that a few problems should have been addressed earlier. We feel taken care of with a reliable, knowledgeable company now!

Metz air control was overall an amazing experience from start to finish. The office staff was so friendly and respectful. Hayden gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way and showed up 5 mins early. He was extremely informative and was able to fix my issue with my heater. Can’t thank him enough!
