Diego and Chris clearly explained the process of whole house surge protection. They found additional wiring problems at my home's circuit breaker and quickly repaired them as well. I had a completely positive experience ; I will definitely recommend Magnolia Heating to my friends.

I have an old Floor/baseboard heater. For six years, no one was willing to fix the thermostat on it, everyone I have spoken to has only wanted to sell me a new system. I called Magnolia, and they asked for pictures - showed up, and fixed it. The communication and customer service was/is great. I am showing images of my heater and thermostat fixed, the white part on the wall was not done by them :). So, anyone else with a very old home and system, they will help. Also, they did double check the system was usable before doing anything. And there is a 1-year warranty on work done.

Adrian was very attentive and informative during each step of our service. He listened and gave us important status of our Heating & Air Systems to keep them efficient. He was professional & a pleasure to work with.

Diego showed up on time for my regular maintenance and did a thorough job. He went over his checklist with me and answered all my questions. No real issues for him to deal with, so he lucked out, but Magnolia has always been quick and responsive to any issues I have had.
I recommend them.

We had our new HVAC system inspected by 2 different inspectors. One was from Air Plus Inspection Company and the other was inspected by the City of Cerritos. The feedback we received about our Magnolia HVAC installation was outstanding. Air Plus specifically said it is always a pleasure to inspect any work done by Magnolia HVAC, which really was so affirming!!!

During the City of Cerritos inspection, the inspector even asked how we found the Magnolia HVAC Company explaining that they went above and beyond in every aspect of their work. He highlighted the quality of the fuse box work, the sheet metal craftsmanship, and the thorough rodent proofing.

It’s reassuring to work with a company whose attention to detail is recognized not just by homeowners, but by other professionals and city inspectors as well. We’re extremely happy with the work Magnolia HVAC did and would highly recommend them.

We were stunned when our 27 year old HVAC system broke a week or so before Christmas, but the Magnolia Heating And Cooling company came without hesitation.

Not only did they come within a day or so… they came a good distance away to take care of us… Three of the most hard-working guys, Miguel, Hugo, And Cole, worked in our very, VERY cold house nonstop till they finished installing our new HVAC System, making sure it was running perfectly !

They paid attention to every single detail! They were so pleasant, so kind, so polite, and so informative every step of the way!

It really was a very fun time for us having them here!!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed those days while they took out the old system of 27 years and put in the new system, complete with brand new ducting!!!

With our ages in the early 90s and mid 70s, they were endlessly patient with us as they explained how to use the new Thermostat, coupled with the app on our phones! It did not take long to notice how important the work was to Miguel, Hugo, and Cole! Not only were they incredibly hard-working, but their devotion to their work and their pride in what they do, stood out above all!!!!

The payment plan set up for the cost of the system was incredibly manageable and greatly appreciated!!!!

Today, Adrian performed the fall maintenance on our HVAC system. He arrived on time, was polite, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Magnolia installed our system 12 yrs ago and We’ve been on their maintenance plan for most of those yrs. I can’t speak highly enough about their work. They are friendly, professional, and transparent about what they are doing. Recently, Diego performed the maintenance and he was was kind and did a thorough job checking out and cleaning our system.

I had a fantastic experience with Magnolia Heating and Cooling thanks to Diego Leiva. He came for my semi-annual maintenance and AC inspection and was outstanding from start to finish.

Diego arrived exactly at the scheduled time (not a minute early or late), explained what he was doing step by step, answered all my questions, and left the area spotless. He did a thorough cleaning and even went out of his way to handle a couple of small corrective items that weren’t on the ticket—just because they needed attention. I would 100% recommend them, and will be a long-term customer!

The thermostat on our furnace was not working. Ken from Magnolia Heating and Cooling verified it was a broken thermostat and quickly installed a new one. Very pleased with his professional yet friendly demeanor. Thank you for a job well done.

I’ve had Magnolia HVAC maintain my AC or a number of years, so when it was time to replace the system, which was over 35 years old, I contacted them.

Bobby came out and put together a quote for me. He was very helpful in going over my questions and talking through options and choices.

Once the decision was made, the install team came, and they are all professional and polite. They showed up and went right to work, putting down tarps for floor protection and cleanup. It is obvious they work well together. I am very pleased with the install and professionalism of their team!

Everything is up and running and its clear I made the right choice.

I requested an HVAC inspection to determine if I should replace my A/C and furnace. Jesse was professional, on time, polite, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly. He checked every part of my system including the furnace, A/C, ducts, grills, and condenser. He explained the purpose of each part, what needed replacement, and any safety concerns. He also discussed the overall condition of my system and offered clear advice on next steps and what to expect.

Jesse guided me through everything, quoted a fair price for a worn part, and never rushed or pressured me. Other companies try to scare you into buying a whole new system. They didn’t do that. They just answered my questions and explained things honestly.

I’ll definitely keep using Magnolia HVAC for my heating and cooling needs. They’ve been great to work with and I really appreciate their honesty and thoroughness!

Adrian came out yesterday to check on why the thermostat was not working properly. He was about an hour late and I understood once he spent time trying to adjust the thermostat and also help connect the Wi-Fi portion to my phone. He never got flustered like I did. After an hour and a half, he was going through everything and found the Wi-Fi was in the off position on the thermostat. This morning, the auto switch in the thermostat worked perfectly. Thank you Adrian for your commitment to your customers.

Damian came out and did the service on out HVAC unit and our tankless water heater. He was prompt and thoroughly explained what he was doing and answered our questions when we had them. It was a pleasure to see such a nice person in the trade again who isn’t just here to slam out a job and sell you something you don’t need. Kudos to Magnolia on finding this young man, I hope they can keep him.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Magnolia Heating and Cooling. Their tech, Drew, was very helpful, patient, and honest about what my system needed and provided quotes for me. I decided to get a full system cleaning and service. Luckily Drew came to do the job a few days later. He worked non-stop all morning and afternoon. Now my system is running much better and we can feel the difference within our rooms.Job well done. Thanks

These guys are awesome. Mike and Alan did a phenomenal job on our new system. Hugo also joined in for a day and also did a phenomenal job. These do awesome work. They explain everything they are doing. They show and get right to work. Top notch service from a top notch company.

Drew came for our maintenance and was extremely thorough. He checked everything and took pictures of all work performed. He explained in detail both the good and bad of what he saw during his inspection and made it easy to understand. If you choose this company definitely ask for Drew, he was great

It is extremely refreshing to work with Magnolia HVAC! Every single person that dealt with me on this large project was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. The product they provided is exceptional, and the after install service needs completely fulfilled. The world would be a much better place if every company was like this one. They completely replaced my HVAC system and converted it to a heat pump system. They explained the process ahead of time, showed up with enough people to get the job done in two days, cleaned up after themselves and answered a bunch of questions for me.
Often after you’ve paid for something, the provider blows you off if you need something. Not Magnolia Heating and Cooling!! They promptly took my calls and provided resolution. It’s not easy having a huge unexpected expense like this, but let me tell you they made it the easiest possible transition So in the end, you’re so glad you ended up doing it. I can name seven employees that I’ve had interactions with and they were all wonderful thank you so much.
