Wow.... All i can say is WOW. Beyond amazed at everything from Bobby being as thorough as he was making sure i understood what i was purchasing and what services would be provided to Miguel and team getting the install done (and done right). Miguel's craftsmanship is top notch. He even came back to finish a job because he didn't want to rush and make SURE his work was top notch (and it is, believe me). For that, i am grateful. That is the reason i chose Magnolia. Your not going to go into blind. They DO NOT pressure you into signing anything on day 1 like some people did and tried with me. I got a new Condenser and Furnace installed and never was once pressured to make a decision on day 1. They are very professional and beyond courteous. 5/5 rating, 10/10, however i can let everyone know on a rating scale. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend. Thanks Magnolia. On 4/24/2023 Eric came to my house to discuss the replacement of really old ductwork. He spent hours with me discussing my needs and a redesign of the ducting system to meet those needs. Unlike others who came before to give estimates, he actually crawled up and into the attic to see where and what the ducts were attached to. He was very knowledgeable and professional; answered all my questions that I had and made more sense than the other companies I had contacted. The price quoted was also competitive with the other quotes I received. We signed up on the spot with him. That is how impressed we were!

The install was scheduled for 5/8. Our installers were Armando and Bobby. Eric also came initially and later Brian himself came over. The job took longer than planned; they were here from 8:40 a.m. until 6:20 p.m. Unfortunately, there were some unforeseen issues that can only be detected once the work starts. Also, my closet space for a new return duct, was a little tighter than anticipated and the new plenum to be used in there had not already been constructed. Bobby literally built it off his truck. The guys were very careful to cover my white carpet and did a great job cleaning up after the install was done.

Although I haven't had the need to run the system yet, the test run while they were here definitely showed an improvement over what I had before. I had dampers put in the ducts which they said they can adjust if needs be. This will be great as summer comes because not all parts of my house are the same temperature due to the way the sun hits the house.

On the same day, another technician Jorge Hurtado came over to do an overall check of the A/C and Furnace parts of the system and also the thermostat. He replaced the thermostat for me and let me know about things to watch out for in the future that might be problematic and need replacing. He was very friendly and professional.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with this company and the technicians that serviced my house.

We sought out the services of Metz Air Control Inc. when our HVAC was in need of maintenance. Our technician, Jay Z. (not rapper lol), was honest and knowledgeable in providing a status of our HVAC. He gave us solid recommendations on monitoring/maintaining our system and provided pictures on the services rendered. We highly recommend this technician and the company for your HVAC needs.
