Van Tallian is the man! This company very professional. He came by my house perform a diag & fix the issue quick. The pricing was very reasonable as well & they got me in the club memebership too. Chris was great. He installed my heating unit and duct work. He responded quickly to my call and had it installed in such a timely manner. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I would call him again in a heartbeat.

Joe and Van did a great job updating our ducts. Prompt and professional, they finished the job quickly and cleaned everything up perfectly afterwards. Joe had been out the day before for maintenance and spotted some air flow restrictions. Getting a lot more air flow now, and the intake is far quieter, used to be able to hear it all the way out in the living room and now it's just a whisper even though it's moving more air. Very pleased and will definitely use their services again in the future.

I communicated with Jason who was able to arrange a complete system install on very short notice. Van, Chris, & Sean set up a furnace with heater & air conditioner in my home. The guys were professional, personable, and took the time to answer all questions I had. They stayed until the job was complete and cleared away the all the mess. It’s refreshing to have folks who take pride & care about what they leave behind, a positive impression and craftsmanship in a job well done!

Our heater would not come on. I work through Turner home improvement. The folks at Turner do an absolutely great job, and have always taking good care of me. They subcontract to direct AC! direct AC sent technician Van tallian To my home. To troubleshoot. Van did a great job. Great customer service took his time to explain everything to me and fixed the problem. I highly recommend direct AC and van specifically if you need it good technician that will take his time and explain things to you.

I was having trouble with my heater and air conditioner units I was able to find Direct AC who were local and also able to support small business:) Chris came out within an hour of my called. They were able to resolve my heater issues and little did I know is that the unit needed to be cleaned.Being a mom I was sure happy they were able to come out immediately during my busy week and my kids were able to get warm ASAP. Thank you Chris so much for being professional, on time.
Also while Chris was at my home, He checked my AC unit, it was low and need to be recharged. He did it fast and efficiently without tacking on a large amount to my bill. I will definitely use Direct AC and will recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks again Chris!!!!!

I've been nursing along our 20 year old original AC Unit, knowing sooner or later it needed to be replaced. We also had major air flow/ducting issues and general install issues from the original builder/installer. Quite honestly I had been wondering who could fix the larger issues. The companies I'd previously had in to do maintenance were more then happy to replace the AC but none seemed very interested in handling the larger issues.

Direct AC and specifically Jason was a referral from another contractor that was bidding on some work for me. Jason and team came in, and had a lot to deal with and Jason, Van, Geno & Chris did an awesome job. One of the first things i noticed is they carry booties and put them on whenever they entered the house, then put down paper/plastic around any work areas or pathways and then cleaned up, including wiping down the areas around the attic entry.

The guys all had their jobs, but I noticed they all stayed busy even when their part was done. All of them went above and beyond in their own way, Jason explained everything as it was happening, Van crawled around my attic for hours fixing issues (its fairly large, but very little room for movement, its all trusses). Geno and Chris installed the condenser, and then Geno helped up in the attic (as well as found a gas leak in our existing furnace!). Van found and fixed multiple issues with the ducting, installed and then adjusted baffles, and then the team worked to balance the house so the AC is consistent in all rooms.

My wife and I are extremely happy the quality of work and level of service, they went above and beyond and with all these issues, they were done in 4 hours!

Chris was the installer of the air conditioner unit. He came in the window direct ac gave us. The unit was in Excellent condition!!! Great quality. Chris was professional did the job Alone!!! He definitely knew what he was doing. Recommend this company!!!

Let me start with how amazing Ashley Castillo is at customer service. She is very helpful and goes above and beyond. And the service was great. I will be calling them for all my AC/heating needs.

Robert was efficient, polite and very quick. He explained the issue, addressed it quickly and even went above and beyond to replace some missing screws in our system. We highly recommend him!!
