Great experience w/ the whole system, A/C & electric furnace! All Daikin, w/ Zoning for upstairs & downstairs! Bobby the sales manager was friendly & explained all the tech to us! The old system was almost 24 years old!

Terrible company. Waste of a day. Quoted a price for inspection and did NOT honor it. Ken was scheduled to arrive, and we were on site. Chris from Magnolia called to say the price quoted would actually be double. Who does business like this?! Consumer beware! Bait and switch!

Our system shut down unexpectedly on Sunday night before Labor day. Forecast was for 100°+. We called Magnolia Heating and Cooling on Labor day. They were there by 930AM on Labor day to fix it (service rep: Damian). It was a connection within the unit that caused the shutdown. Technically it was 'out of warranty' but Magnolia Heating and Cooling fixed it at no charge. Outstanding service! Outstanding technical expertise by Damian! Thank You Magnolia Heating and Cooling!!! Very great and easy experience! We had a time sensitive issue and they were able to squeeze us in that day. When the technician DIEGO showed up, he was on time, polite, and professional. After he was finished he explained everything very clearly and answered all of our many questions. He asked and clarified to find out our exact concerns and addressed them all.

Recently had a heating & cooling check up with Magnolia Heating & Cooling. The technician Diego did a great job & was very open about explaining various aspects of my home’s heating & cooling system.

Kenneth was great! On time efficient, actually had to go get a part that he saw as defective. He signed me up to a maintenance program that will work great for me.
