Rich and Jonathon came in and handled business. Very professional and polite. Got to work immediately and were very informative through the process. A couple of issues came up during the service and I was given options to continue or push down the road. No pushy sales tactics which we can all appreciate. Would not mind having these guys back.

Absolute airflow definitely helped me in a pinch. My furnace was out of commission and Dean was able to talk me thru the process. He even went and called his sales team and facilitated a seamless next day install without extra fees. Within 36 hours of calling I able to get a diagnosis, quote and installation of a whole house furnace. I would definitely call them again for timely service.

My experience with Airflow has always been great. We have had their membership for about three years now because we like getting our heater/ac checked. We’ve gotten a few repairs for AC parts and found their price to be reasonable. I usually compare to what my siblings pay for their AC maintenance. I never felt like I was being oversold so I will continue to use them.

My home had a clogged drain and needed the router between the spout and the shower head changed. The team at Absolute Airflow was very helpful and informative. From scheduling a date and time to the service was excellent. Josh was very knowledgeable and gave great insight to maintain the plumbing. If I have other issues, I will definitely use Absolute Airflow.

Technician Brian S. arrived on time and provided outstanding scheduled routine service of our HVAC system. Brian answered my questions and recommended solutions to achieve more a uniform temperature throughout the house. He also informed me of simple maintenance that I can do myself to help ensure our system lasts a long time.

Post installation update (the following week):
Following Brian’s recommendation,I decided to have an additional return duct installed. Installer Sergio C. arrived with a coworker on time and did a fantastic job. I was concerned that the work might damage the wood paneled ceiling, but they were very careful and ensured that didn’t happen. They also thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Absolute Airflow.

Updated: My experience with AAF had a few bumps. However, Devin's (Installation Manager) response to the issues was professional and expedient. Ive made strong recommendations that they create a better customer communications plan as I believe the issues could have been taken care of if the sales person / project manager had stayed in contact and made himself available. In the end, Im satisfied with the product and the outcome, but I would recommend that as a client, you get contact information that is monitored.

Our tech is so professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very educational. He explained in detail the services rendered and took his time teaching us about our systems functionality and the metrics used to measure our systems capability vs. the output. Very helpful and feel confident and happy we made the right decision to be loyal to Absolute Airflow. Very satisfied.

Great experience today with Josh C. completing our routine water heater flush! He was very professional, educated and gave me plenty of information on my current systems status as well as some recommendations for even better efficiency for my home for the future! Great work Josh!

Absolute Airflow takes good care of us! We had Ivan out today to do our AC check up. He explained everything he was going to do and the areas he would need to access to complete the work. He took photos of the work he did and showed me the pictures with a detailed explanation. Ivan also double checked that everything was running smoothly before he left. Absolutely amazing company to work with. They removed the existing system in one afternoon and installed the new system the next day. David and Pedro run two incredible crews working in harmony with one another to get the job done. As a retired General Contractor I was greatly impressed with their professionalism and unbelievable quality of work. Without a second of hesitation I would recommend Absolute to family, friends and strangers.

Excellent service, very communicative, the service representative explained everything in detail and very clearly. And beyond that, everyone was super kind and pleasant to work with. The service rep spent several hours here diagnosing the issue, making sure he tried everything before coming to a conclusion. I appreciate that level of detail and care. I will definitely do business with them in the future and highly recommend them to others. If you are looking for a place that crosses all their T’s and dots their i's, this is the one.

Steven for HVAC was awesome. Arrived on time and cleaned the system very thoroughly and explained detailed recommendations with pictures he took. It took four hours to finish his job. Wow! Thanks so much for your service! I will use him again. Highly recommended!
Also, my plumber, Jacob was easy to work with. He did a wonderful job of flushing my water heaters.

They wasted our time. I’d give zero stars if it were an option. In the words of their own tech, their prices and practices are “highway robbery.” It seems that their business model is to give obscene quotes for minor repairs (and charge you to come out and give a quote) so that they can try to up-charge for major repairs that are unnecessary...

We can’t say enough good things about Absolute Airflow. Our AC recently went out and Kristina, the representative over the phone who scheduled our appointment, was super helpful and professional. She went above and beyond! Our service technician, Isaac, was amazing! He was honest, reliable and very knowledgeable.

Contracted Absolute Airflow to re-pipe our home and install a tank-less water heater. The install team showed up as scheduled. The work performed took three days, as stated prior to the work beginning. The guys were friendly and courteous. They kept us informed of their progress and when in doubt asked how the issue should be handled. There are three items that are a bit concerning. During the work there was an incident where a bathroom/bedroom floor got wet and we were not told. The access panel to the attic was broken and nothing was said. The water filter was installed in such a manner that it can not be replaced without cutting the newly installed pipes. Was eventually told, after asking, that the filter is good for 15 years. After the completion of the re-pipe work, there wasn't any follow-up or contact from the company. A call was placed to get a copy of the paid invoices. No receipt (paper or electronic) was provided when payment was made. Two additional calls were made: 1. regarding drywall & stucco repair and 2. painting. Overall, the job was done to "our satisfaction" and WITHOUT hesitation would have them do future work. Quality work done by professional people. Customer follow-up could be improved.

Brian was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and why. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and was able to give me some sound advice for the future. I will not hesitate to call on Absolute Airflow in the future. I have used them at another residence in a different area and was very happy with the service there, as I am with the service in Orange County. And I will not hesitate to request Brian S. Again either.

You come to my home. You fail to unclog my drain after a 5 minute attempt. You were quick enough to try and upsale a $39 clogged drain to a $3,000 project.

I'd say I wouldn't trust you guys to unclog a tub drain, but you've already proved to me you can't. I'd thought a plumbing business would do better for a new and potential future customer.

Your shiny new vans and shiny new tools tell me you must've pulled your bait and switch tactics on quite a few of us old folks caught in dire straits. There's a word for that. Guess what it is.

My advice to the reader is to keep looking for a GOOD plumber. In my experience, you won't find one here. Not without spending a big chunk of change.

Was looking for a company to do an inspection on our furnace before the winter, and absolute airflow came up in the search and had really high ratings so we gave it a shot. Really pleased with their service overall. Was very easy to schedule, and they were able to come out two days after our initial call for a multi-point furnace inspection& tune-up that was on special for $39. Our technician Thomas was excellent. On time, friendly, professional, great at explaining, and thorough. I hope they give him some props for this! They weren’t on our radar before, but they are now. Will def use them next time our heater breaks. Would highly recommend!
