Robert and Michael came out to my house last year and found the problem in 15 minutes that 2 other companies couldn't find. I was so happy with their work, that I called them back when I needed all my ductwork replaced. They did an excellent job with the installation. All the previous ductwork was laying on the rafters. They hung all the new ducts out of the way, which the next person who works up there will appreciate. All the connections were sealed and insulated. Very happy with the work done. I'll absolutely call them again!

I was so blessed and thankful that I called Imagine that Heating & Air when my wall heater stopped working. They are hard working, honest and reliable. (I tried changing it with three different thermostats & still couldn’t fix it.) They figured out the problem, got the parts and fixed it that same day. Their number is saved in my phone and I definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I had an issue with my AC and Mike came out quickly to fix it. The next day the temp was a bit off and I called him back. He responded and came back quickly . He replaced the thermometer and thoroughly re checked everything. I give a good rating as they stand behind their work , did not charge a revisit fee and made my previously 'hot' tenants snd me happy. Thank you Mie

I had a complete HVAC system installed 3 years ago. Robert and his team did a superior job. They were both professional and cuterious. My new system saves me so much money. If I have any question or a problem, Robert has always handled it personally. It's nice to know that a business owner stands by both the equipment and work once the job is completed. I

We were in dire need of getting our heater fixed as it recently had stopped working. It was cold and raining and we need the heater working asap as we have two toddlers running around. After calling a couple HVAC companies around the area, Imagine That Heating and Air were the first company to answer. They were at our house to inspect the damage within a few hours. They gave us a great quote and were able to do the install with in 24hours.
We couldn’t believe how fast and easy the whole process was. Upon installing the furnace, they were able to keep a clean working area and were respectful of our home and children. It’s one thing to say how efficient these guys are but professionalism and respect are qualities you want and will get when hiring these guys to work on your home. We highly recommend these guys. Robert and his crew were instrumental in not only replacing our extremely OLD HVAC system, but in also creating an different ease of access point so we could easily get in and out of the are to change filters and access for service. His work was ABOVE standard and his prices was more than fair. He is my GO TO and always will be! Love that he is trustworthy and honest!

Imagine That Heating & Air was so responsive and informative - we called on a Saturday at 5pm and they made it out to our house within less than an hour with a father and son team who very personable. They were able to get to the root of the problem and provide us with our options for how to proceed in a very timely manner. Very impressed. I’ve had Imagine That install a whole A/C unit to replace my 30 year old set up. The price was shockingly reasonable. I’ve only had one small issue and that was because the filter hadn’t been changed in a year. They responded to my house in 20 minutes and had the unit back up in running in less than 10 minutes with no charge for the visit. As long as I keep my filters changed this should be one of the smartest investments I’ve made for my house.

I gotta say for a first time experience with this company, Rob showed up in 2 hours at the end of his day (on my last minute request). Rob was very professional, courteous and provided me his expert opinion about my 30 year old unit without coming across as just trying to upsell me. His price was excellent and he was very thorough, even though my job happened to be a fairly simple one

I have done business with Imagine That Heating and Air since shortly after they opened the first office and they have provided me with great customer service and top of the line products.
They are a family owned company that treats people like family, not a number or just the next job. They schedule the appointment for my convenience and are always 15 minutes early. When they replaced my entire system, Robert explained the benefits of replacing instead of continued repairs, possible rebates from the State of California and the brands being used with warranty coverage.
I have referred several friends and family members to them and will continue to do so. They also offer senior and military discounts.

I appreciated the honesty and responsiveness from Mike, I needed to service my HVAC unit I didn't have any issues with it but I had over 2 years without servicing it, I was a bit nervous to hear it would need some work done or get parts replaced, Mike explained the whole A/C tune up process thoroughly as he was performing it, and was amazed at how everything was perfectly fine, he could've told me anything had to be replaced but instead he was very honest and professional about his work, I will definitely be using their services from now on and recommend them to family and friends. Had a complete HVAC replacement for my 1980s construction home. The existing system was in bad shape and had been repaired many times over the years. The replacement that Imagine That proposed and installed meets our needs, runs quieter, cools faster, and costs less to operate, and that's without using any smart thermostat features to save money or subscribe to any discount programs.
We did our due diligence and got multiple quotes from area companies, many well regarded and some smaller. Imagine were able to beat all of them on cost.

My wife was most impressed about the fact that, when they came to do their assessment, they talked about the issues with the existing system, and how it would be corrected, and did not talk about upselling us. they did mention there were other upgrades available, but didn't center the conversations around that, rather brought it up as part of the discussions on potential rebates, lower utility bills, and not as a sales pitch. Most of the other quotes we received skipped a lot of the detail on what was wrong with the existing system, and made little to no attempt to explain how they would address deficiencies. Our existing duct work was very poorly designed, only 2 of the 5 quotes pointed this out. The house balance of temperature was poor for the master bedroom and office. They corrected this with proper dampers in the new ductwork, and vents we can control seasonally to adjust.

I absolutely recommend you have them inspect any project you are considering. They gave us much more to consider than we had originally thought about.

Robert came out and did an excellent job! The part we needed had to be ordered but instead Robert drove out and picked it up! It was a 3 1/2 hour turn around trip. We were so happy we finally had Heat!! Highly recommend him and and the work he did..thank you again Robert..

Been a customer of these guys a couple times over the years and that shows the quality of work they do. Very honest and know exactly what they’re doing. Never tried to upsell anything and let you know exactly what is needed. Highly recommend Robert for any hvac work.
