They replaced my heater and AC, doing an excellent job. It only took them 2 days to do both and they showed me their work, each step of the way. I had several questions that Robert answered with in depth explanations so I understood better. They also guided me through the process of getting it all permitted with the city, with their work passing the final inspection. I strongly recommend Imagine That Heating & Air if you're buying a new HVAC system.

Let me just say that Robert is awesome and I would give 10 stars if possible. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and professional! I've used this company in the past (about 3 years ago) and I was 100% satisfied with the qualityof work, so of course I called Robert again with Imagine That Heating & Air to come out to service my AC. I'm so happy I did... same great experience!

We have had the good fortune of having Robert service both our air conditioner and heating system. We have been extremely happy with his work. He does a great job and the work he does is top quality. I don't know how I could ever thank Robert and his coworker, sorry didn't catch his name. He came to my home today because my thermostat was not turning on. With these warm temps we all know we need the AC. He was exceptional. So helpful and got the job done and in a timely manner. Thank you again Robert, and I highly recommend him.

I used Imagine That previously for a new rooftop unit, this time I called for complete duct replacement, Robert and Mike showed up and removed all the 40 year old ducting and installed new in a timely and efficient manner. 5 star !!

Thanks again to Imagine That. They recently installed an air conditioner for me, but the unit lost power and stopped working on a Friday evening. Within 2 hours of the original service call, we had the issue identified as a faulty backplane/breaker and were able to set up a resolution with an electrician. Very professional, and they honor their warranty period!

We had a 30 year old system that was failing and we knew that it would likely need a replacement. We had multiple vendors in to bid for replacement but we wanted to evaluate repair too. Robert came in on a repair bid and he did a great job of explaining our options for repair. When we told him we thought we wanted to replace, he asked if it would be OK to bid a replacement too. His bid was much better than the other vendors. We understood that the AC demands on this install were difficult (high thermal and sound requirements). He proposed (and installed)a system that not only met, but exceeded our expectations at a price point that was lower than competitors. The install team (Thank you Ryan and Mike!) were a joy to host in our home.

This company has been a life saver for us. Our technician responds promptly, sows up when he says, and is keeping our old AC unit going. We know it needs to be replaced, and we will trust them to be fair with us. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional and caring service we have received.

We live in a 23-year old home with original air conditioning and heating. One air conditioning unit caught fire and the other was worn out. We have had issues with air conditioning for a while. Robert and his team (including his dad, Michael) replaced both air conditioning units, both heaters, both thermostats, and installed air cleaners. They do great work, making sure everything was just right and rooms/areas were cleaned up. Easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Always a pleasure! Robert has helped us several times with our old worn out AC unit, kicking it back into gear and keeping it running. He’s a wizard at making do and getting it working against all odds, and where other techs failed us. He’ll install a shiny new system for you too if you want, but he GETS IT, and if your system can possibly be fixed, he can do it and won’t push replacement unless there’s no hope. Robert and his dad installed two AC new units for me five years ago. When I had an issue, they came and identified the problem and recommended a solution. My dog peed on my unit and over the years that caused a leak. They gave me a good deal on a new condenser and installed it right away. My house is now cooler than a Polar Bear’s toenail.
