After an unsatisfactory encounter with a different HVAC provider in our local area, we decided to give Riverside Bros - Heating & Cooling Contractors a try for our heat pump and furnace problems. Their technicians, Thomas and Julian, promptly responded and devoted a substantial amount of time to diagnose and rectify the issues. Thomas even tested two separate furnace filters that were supposedly compatible with our air cleaner, discovering that one was excessively restricting air flow and causing problems with the air conditioning, a detail overlooked by the previous service provider. I was truly impressed with their thoroughness and technical proficiency. They also detected a burnt fuse on the condenser, which could have resulted in a costly repair if left unattended, another oversight by the previous company. Riverside Bros will be my go-to for any future heating and cooling issues. I highly recommend their services, great work!

great price and wonderful team! they had worked on a neighbor's hvac system a while back, and we wanted to save up for our own. clean air is essential, especially with a child who has allergies. the team was punctual and very friendly! their professional appearance and attitude were impressive. they completed the job quicker than anticipated, checking the furnace and swamp cooler. i appreciated their recommendations and even received a discount for being military. when we're ready to upgrade to central air, this will be our go-to choice!
