I'd like to give much thanks to my lawnstarter company and Enoc, for keeping my yard and flowerbeds looking so nice, these ppl do a wonderful job every time, my grass has a mind of it's own and grows as it wants, but lawnstarter makes it so simple to schedule ot reschedule how often I need service I can't thank you enough, this makes it easy for me to keep and use this company for the long run something I haven't been able to do! Edward is always consistent with coming on the days that are scheduled. The service is always good. Also, if there needs to be a reschedule, he’s good with communicating it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Run! Save your money and find another landscaping company. I was very happy with my service and the results of my yard and would have given 5 stars. HOWEVER after I was charged. Sorry let me correct that, OVER CHARGED for the services that were provided. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know. I told the price would be $83.33 for the work that was provided and was charged $202.33. I talked to customer service, and they told me they can’t offer me a partial refund because they “provided the service.” I don’t recommend this company and never will. If you take a look at the photos I had posted of the conversation with the service provider, I did ask for clarification about the price and if I was going to get double charged. The service provider state that the price was going to be $83.33 and did not clarify if I was going to be double charged for accepting the about given. This company also has terrible customer service and instead of correcting the problem, I got a lot of “I’m sorry.” Even with them agreeing with me that the service provider did in fact NOT answer a question I had about the services and the quotes that were provided. REMINDER the customer service representative agreed with me that gardener did in fact not communicate. I was also told that I would get a call back from manger was never called back! I don’t recommend this company and never will.

Hugo does amazing work with our front lawn year round and gives great advice on when and how to keep the lawn healthy.

I had never had an issue with the service. Always communicate any issues or date changes, it depends also on the company that does it service. There was one who exceeded expectations.

They found a great lawn care provider in carlos. . He had taken my lawn from dry grass weeds and patches to a beautiful green lawn

Our experience wasn’t good at all. They could never get these so called “Pros” to keep the schedule of coming out. We gave them 5 chances to send out a Pro to do simple lawn work.
