Jim & Sons Plumbing & Rooter

Our first-time experience with Jim & Sons Plumbing & Rooter was excellent and we will definitely use them again. Our service guy (whose name I, unfortunately, have forgotten) was courteous, informative, efficient and got the job done in such a way that we hope, if the faucet loosens again, it will be easier to fix. I was very impressed. Plus, the cost for the fix was extremely reasonable given the time and effort he took to do it right. Thank you!

My issue was a clogged kitchen drain with grease that backflowed into one of my bathrooms. From beginning to end Jim's & Son's took care of me. Angie took my call and quickly found a same day appointment. She was very courteous, understanding, and was patient when listening to my concerns and questions. She had James dispatched later that same afternoon and was punctual. Let me tell you, they know what they are doing and are properly equipped!! Very courteous to boot! James respected my home and mother who greeted him when he arrived. He proceeded to identify the issue and had my drain hydro jetted. He informed me through the whole process and really made me feel comfortable with the work he was performing. He is one of the Son's and I would call him over again in a heartbeat. Jim and Sons Plumbing was great. Booking an appointment was easy and you didn’t get an automated system. You received text alerts and messages along the way and the work was done really well. I had a drain line installed for my water softener system and a water shut off replaced by Cory. He is awesome. He did great work, He cleaned up after him and was super polite.
