Avoid, Avoid this company by all means!
Avoid First Class Plumbing and AC — Get a Second Opinion Before Spending Thousands
I had a very disturbing experience with First Class Plumbing and AC.
Two of their technicians came to inspect my air conditioner. One of them was named Chris. They told me that my AC system needed to be replaced and quoted me approximately $13,500. I was also told that the existing unit was too small for the size of my house.
Fortunately, I did not accept their recommendation and called another AC company for a second opinion.
The second company found that the problem was simply a bad capacitor. They replaced it for approximately $350, and my air conditioner has been working like a charm ever since.
Think about the difference: $13,500 for a new system versus $350 to fix the actual problem.
Based on my experience, I would not trust a recommendation from First Class Plumbing and AC without getting at least a second or even third opinion. I came very close to spending more than $13,000 unnecessarily for a system replacement when all my AC needed was a capacitor.
Consumers should be extremely cautious before agreeing to an expensive replacement simply because a technician tells you your entire system is bad or undersized. Get another opinion first. It saved me thousands of dollars.

I called Lou and he was able to send a technician in under an hour on the same day! Daniel arrived and gave a true and honest assessment on what a bandaid fix would look like, a partial fix or a full overhaul. The fact that they presented many options and gave amazing customer service and attention to detail makes a huge impression on us and we are so happy with everything from start to finish.
