Water Heaters Only, Inc. was referred to us through our Homeowners Warranty Policy after our water heater went out a couple days ago. They promptly showed up and Neil, our installer, was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job of installing the water heater, a very neat and clean installation.

David was out the day after I called which was on a Sunday! Shawnee was the first contact and she is awesome to deal with. She got me the water heater install the next day. The installer, David Pullen (24 years with this company, that says something!!), was on time and very professional explaining each procedure as he went. Looks great, and he cleaned up when done. I would highly recommend this company.

Top Notch Outfit. Brad called before he arrived and was on time. He performed his work in a professional and friendly manner. He explained his work and did an outstanding job! I really appreciated his explanation and his solid customer service approach. I felt comfortable and I learned something along the way. My water heaters were installed clean and looked professionally suited for duty, started well and the work area was clean. Thank you Brad.
By the way, Greg took my service request the evening before and also did a great job in explaining what I was to expect and the estimate was reasonable. I appreciated his patience.
