Bought a 1" back flow device from this place because ours got stolen ,it cost about 800.00 dollars after installing it it was a faulty one i called Fergusons they told me to call the manufacture after i did wendy from Zuren /Wilkens said take it back for a exchange went back to Fergusons and 40 minutes later still waiting to get it exchanged after i was told it would be no problem...after 40 minutes of waiting they credited to my account and didn't give me a replacement one...what a bummer
.....Richard and his boss made the decision to credit instead of a replacement I'm still out of a Back flow device..i don't know why i gave them a star maybe because for 30 years i was a loyal customer ...I said I was not No More...

This place is always well stocked and the guys are friendly. They are also very knowledgeable and ready to help. If riverside doesn't have it, is probably because they dont carry it...

Jessie was very thoughtful in helping me a step further in my search of replacement parts. Not ready to have a plumber in to do a big job yet and what I learned today will buy me the time I need. A big thank you for your help.

I called them looking for a part. They found the part through text message I went down to Riverside to pick the part up. Best customer service ever. 10 stars!!! Better price than Home Depot.

I tried everywhere to find a set of replacement valves for my shower. After striking out at every home improvement store in Moreno Valley I called Ferguson. They were very helpful p n the phone and invited me to bring the valves down for them to take a look. The counter help walked over to the valve wall with me and helped me to find the right part. They had NO problem helping a Joe Schmo homeowner with a very difficult to find part. Brought them home and they fit just fine. Thanks to Ferguson for helping a non-pro out of a jam. Highly recommend these folks. Very friendly too. One of them recognized that I was dressed for a golf outing and struck up a conversation about the tournament in San Diego last weekend. Great folks to deal with.

nice people but too much key punching. i have an account here...would be nice to come in, get your material on an invoice and on my truck so i can beat the morning traffic.... when my invoice is filled up let the secretaries in back do the key punching...that's how it was when this place was Powell Pipe....get in...get out....i had to stop coming here....time is money.

The counter staff here is very knowledgeable and very professional. They carry wide variety of stock and what they don’t have they can get for you in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using Fergusons for all of your plumbing supply needs.

This hidden away treasure was an extreme delight to visit today. The gentleman I went with said this is a great place to come when you need to find plumbing supplies for older homes.
