Someone from this company almost ran my wife off the road today 03/09/2025. Very stupid move that forced her off to the shoulder. Since we got the QR code off the vehicle we know it was this company. If these are the type of people you want to do business with good luck.

Nick and his crew are professional, accurate, and responsive. Juan was calm, knowledgeable, easy-going and got the job done! These guys have taken care of several jobs for me, some major and some minor. They’re the guys I go to (for nearly 5 years now). Skilled and knowledgeable without price gouging! Good guys.

Sergio was prompt for a little toilet repair and did another little leak repair that I'd recently noticed. NIR always does great work and is always trustworthy.

Spoke with Alex this morning, and he saved me hundreds of dollars. He walked me thru a possible problem, and he was spot on. I disn't need to have anyone to come out, and my problem is solved.
If I should ever need service in the future, because of Alex, he will be the 1st call.

Terrible experience. you charge 350 dollars to come out and then when you could not fix it because you did not have the proper part, you wanted me to pay an additional 350 dollars to install the part. The part was an ignitor, it cost 20 dollars and after talking to an honorable plumber and the water heater company, I installed myself in under 10 mins

Sergio delivered on N.I.R.’s promise of quality, value, and professionalism. Referred by MOEN as one of their preferred installers of the MOEN Flo Smart Water Leak Detector and Shut Off, Sergio communicated the scope of work and quoted a cost much cheaper than my up-to-now regular plumber. Work was completed in a timely manner. He even cleaned the filter on my Moen Sense kitchen faucet at no additional cost. I’ve found a new regular plumber!

Excellent customer service available 24/7 when ever you need a plumber call NIR. They are professional and get the job done the first time and they honor their work. We recently had NIR install a new air conditioner system. They did an excellent job and even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Isaac is a reliable plumber who recently installed an automatic leak detection device at my home. He approached the task with great attention to detail, working diligently to ensure everything was set up correctly. His thoroughness and hard work are commendable, and I'm pleased with the results. We had to deal with a serious hot water leak through the foundation and flooding garage. NIR came right away, took care the estimate for insurance, and rerouted the line in one day. Juan G and his crew were very friendly and professional, they were careful with the furniture and walls they had to deal with. We are very happy with NIR.

Juan and his son were outstanding. Juan explained every step/ process in the replacement of our new tub and all the plumbing. We have more work to do in the house but were moving forward. NIR is who were using, they remain the positive constant in the chaos we've been through.

They did a good job. I would have given 5 stars but plumber #1 they sent out took off panels and plumber #2 did not feel comfortable putting them back and since I have no tools of my own I now have panels that need replaced that I am currently trying to find someone to put back. Loved the honey they gave out with the 10% discount for next visit

After having to take cold showers for 12 days, and talking to 3 different plumbers, we really liked NIR Plumbing, so we decided to go with them. They told me up front that there's a 6 year warranty on their water heaters and they guarantee their labor, too. My Husband really liked that, and the guys worked fast and cleaned up after themselves, including removing our old water heater and hauling it away for us. We highly recommend NIR Plumbing and will use them again for other plumbing issues.
