Arrived, fixed kitchen faucet and upstairs flapper on toilet. Works now! Thank you! ADDING TO COMMENT since I had no idea what the charge was going to be. I acknowledge it was my fault in not getting an estimate before commencing fix. I suppose I am grateful the part replaced was not being charged, however, under 1 hour to fix, the total was $350? yikes. oh well, at least my faucet is usable again. I don't usually get repairs done, but this was needed for a kitchen to be usable.

They even provided us with local referrals that were able to repair our home finishes after they corrected our plumbing issues. Call N.I.R before you call anyone else if you want the job done correctly and timely. They will not let you down! Plumbing repairs suck, but this plumber does not.

Our tankless waterheater needed replacing so we called NIR. They sent their tech Isaac out. Isaac was prompt and did an excellent job. Isaac also cleaned up after the job was complete. We highly recommend this business. Bill and Cheryl, Riverside

There was a failure in communication regarding the issue and history. I have had a Mixit shower and bath temperature control for many years and have replaced parts because of the inability to acquire a variety of temperatures - hot, warm, cold. At this time all I could get was hot water. Consequently I asked your service in the beginning to provide another manufacturer to correct this problem. I also told the service man that this was my primary concern. Nevertheless he went ahead and replaced the inner part of the Mixit device which still did not provide cold water. When I questioned this, he said he didn’t understand what I wanted. This may be due to texting rather than extended conversation. As we are advanced in age we will accept the work done without further discussion.

This company was very quick to react to my needs. The owner, Nick, was very professional, and explained all work he was quoting very clearly. Their prices, and I compared to others was very good, and they started the work the very next day! Great service and good work too! BRAVO! Highly reccomand them.

Had a leak in my downstairs bedroom ceiling. Sergio found the issues pretty quickly and job was completed thoroughly. Nice work and left the areas clean.

Plumber took his time making sure the sewer drain pipe from the house to the street was cleared of roots as much as possible. After the camera was run through the pipe, you could see what a great job he did.
