Kenneth was excellent. I had an issue with water pressure in my home and a previous plumber suggested me having tremendous work done to fix the problem. Kenneth instead was able to deduce and resolve the actual root of my problem, contrary to what was first told to me. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will be the first person I call in the event of any issues in the future

Ken is an independent plumber specializing in leak detection. We had him install a Moen FLO leak detector on our water main. He gave us a quote over the phone and showed up on time. His workmanship is excellent. I didn’t want the system installed on the outside of the house due to summer temperatures so he worked with us to install it inside the garage where it will be protected. Time will tell about the system success but I’m very happy with the job thus far.

Based on speed of response and knowledge of slab leak issues, we highly recommend Ken and his team. Ken was not only able to identify the source of the leak the same day we called him, but was also able to isolate it temporarily to allow for water to be returned to the rest of the house until the issue could be properly addressed. After rerouting the pipe on the leaking section with minimal invasive damage, they cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Praying we never have a slab leak again, but we will be contacting them for any plumbing issues going forward!

Ken has worked on a number of things around my house including diagnosing a water pressure leak, replacing a leaking valve and replacing my kitchen sink faucet. He’s always a pleasure to work with. He’s easy to get a hold of, punctual, and explains things very easily and thoroughly for someone who knows next to nothing about plumbing. If you’re in the Corona area, I would definitely recommend him for all of your plumbing needs.

Ken is an absolute beast. If you're looking for options, there's a reason this is called FIRST PLACE. Ken did an inspection for my slab leak and walked me through his whole process and gave me a mad good price. I was expecting a quote thousands more. He is super knowledgeable and gave a great vibe. Work was immaculate. I also asked him to replace my leaky spigot and put in a regulator. So clean (pictured). He finished the slab leak repair with a line slip and the spigot replacement in less than 4 hours. The man knows what's up and he's who I'll be calling for any future issues. Thank you, Ken!

I had a hot water leak under my slab and I called First Place Plumbing Solutions after researching leak detection and repair plumbers online. Ken the owner answered right away. He made time to come by my house the same day since he was working in the area. I found him to be honest, straight forward, and a likable guy. He explained everything in layman terms and I felt very comfortable hiring him for the repairs. Ken arrived on time and was very organized and professional. He maintained a very clean working space cleaning up during and after the repair. He finished the repairs quickly and under the original estimate. I highly recommend him and he will be my first call if I need a plumber in the future.

Premier Plumbing's technician, Nate, came to my home as a 2nd opinion for American Home Shield. He stated my dishwasher needed to be replaced and supposedly reported that to Premier Plumbing. He also, confirmed that what the previous technician, from Appliance Repair Experts, stated was untrue!!! By the time Nate's report got to AHS, it was reported that there was damage and it wasn't wear and tear.
I tried calling them & AHS and they didn't care what I had to say about what Nate told me he was reporting to replace the dishwasher. Premier Plumbing refused to let me speak to Nate or leave a message.
I highly recommend thinking twice before contracting with American Home Shield or Premiere Plumbing!!

I have one of their technicians at my house right now, all the way in Santa Clarita! They got here on the same day and worked tediously to locate the leak I was having. They were assigned from my warranty company and I was happy to see such positive reviews and I definitely see why.
