I found Rooter Warrior through Yelp; in fact, I think I even initially contacted them via Yelp. They were in touch with me almost immediately and everything went smoothly from there. It’s great that they’re versatile when it comes to communication; texts, emails, and calls.
I set up the appointment for the next day and received a full confirmation via text and email. The next day, I received a polite and helpful call from their main office explaining that their technician was working in my area and if it would be okay if he’d be able to make it by earlier. I thought that was awesome! Guillermo showed up about 15 minutes later and was extremely helpful and all around just a great person. He was able to diagnose the issue and make the needed suggestions. He successfully completed the job and made sure everything about his work was correct. Great experience with a great company!

Great service and response. Guillermo was awesome. Very polite and did the work in no time. Answered any questions I had. Next day had an issue with a power plug and right away I got a response from the company and within minutes Guillermo called me and fit me in for a quick 5 min stop by to solve my problem. Can’t say enough good thing la about this company and Guillermo. Will defiantly be calling them again for any future projects or problems.

Rooter Warrior has been our only choice whenever we’ve needed any plumbing work done. Our recent visit was taken car of and fixed by Guillermo after he replaced our pressure regulator that was causing an issue with our water heater. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with whenever I had questions. I would 100% recommend Rooter Warrior!

I have used Rooter Warrior Plumbing several times to address blocked drains, bathtub clogs, etc. at a rental property. Their service is always excellent, with reasonable charges. I usually get photos and/or a video of the work carried out.
I'll continue to use RWP and would highly recommend them.

Guillermo came out to fix the gas connection for my dryer so that the dryer would fit in the laundry closet. He was very knowledgeable as to what would and wouldn’t work, and took time to explain why. He was a referral from my son and I was very happy with his services. This is a great company. I had a clogged drain. I called the number on the website, no automated answering, and talked to a real person who made the appointment that day. I received a notification (with my technicians picture), telling me they were on their way right at the time of the appointment.
Guillermo was my tech. He knew his stuff and showed me what he was doing. He fixed the clog immediately and at no extra charge ran the camera and completed a full inspection of my sewer line. There was no upselling just usable info about my system. The price was reasonable and the service was best I’ve ever received. Will use them again.
