We are really disappointed with the lack of expertise in this company. They were hired through our KB Home Warranty to find a leak on our kitchen floor. The plumber was nice, but it was extremely suspicious that he was trying to convince us our faucet was leaking, when there was no logical way the faucet could have been the cause of the severe water damage, that we suspected was our dishwasher. We wasted two weeks going through our KB Home Warranty and this lowest-bidder plumbing company, and now have to pay to have our entire kitchen island demolished and rebuilt. If the plumber had done his job in the first place and discovered the leak from our dishwasher (which I did myself, with no plumbing experience) our kitchen island would be salvageable. Thanks for the new faucet.

Past upset - I contacted them today to confirm some work they previously provided me. Whoever that person was that answered the phone was a tad short with me and claimed they provided me a refund for the terrible service they provided me. Not true - I never received a refund. But what they did do is charge me an additional $1k for a repair I probably didn't need. I asked him to confirm what work I had and of course he didn't want to. Whoever answered that phone today had an attitude with me because of my review even though his guy provided bad service.

Do yourself a favor find a professional plumber.

Premier was called to perform a warranty repair that the original contractor refused to do. Albert arrived when I was told he would. He determined the cause of the leak and had water restored to our house in less than two hours. I would highly recommend.

THIEF went into my Grandmothers room for 10 minutes when no one was looking going through here room and stole her wallet containing her Social Security Number, Medicaid Card, so much Photo Memories and $300 in money. This was during a contractor visit scheduled by Invitation Homes to fix our bathroom shower.

This was the most patient plumber ever! Great quality work and very fair prices. You can’t go wrong with Accu-Pro Plumbing!

I Googled local Plumbers near me to Service my tankless water heater system and Snake a toilet, Rooter Warrior Plumbing showed up in the results so I thought to give them a call to get a quote and check availability.

We just moved into a new home and immediately our kitchen sink was filling up/ not draining properly. We determined our pipes were completely clogged full of grease from the previous owners. Rooted Warrior Plumbing came out and used a hydrojet to flush the line. It was so backed up, Juan had to spend extra time clearing the pipes but was completely willing to spend the extra time to do it right. He was very knowledgeable on what products we should buy to do maintenance for our pipes. We are very pleased with their work!!

On a very short notice Jorge showed up. We had a shower pipe clog and, even though I was not a repeat customer, they took me seriously and provided amazing customer service. Jorge took his time to explain to me the problem. Even later he mentioned if I can text him the pictures of the work previously done. Not too many people care about what was previously done and what improvements can be made at the work site. That showed me Jorge really cared. I called Rooter Warrior based on the reviews. I am so glad to have done that. Thanks !!

Juan was so personable and helpful when he came to our home. Not only did he help us with our issue but he also addressed something else for us. He was very honest and you can tell their business model is set around the customer service!! I would give more than 5 stars if it could! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Oscar was awesome. Not only did he arrive on time but he was very conscientious about keeping the work area clean, and keeping me informed of where he was in the process. He was always quick to check and make sure if it was okay to turn the water off, advise me that the smoke alarms might go off while he was welding and not to panic and was very upfront with all of his explanations. He had me check the job and answered any questions. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Juan arrived on time, in a clean uniform, with a face mask and shoe covers. He assessed my commode problems and provided an itemized list of my options.
When I agreed on an option, he arrived the next day with a co-worker and completed the entire job in roughly 2 hours to replace two broken commodes. They were very professional and left no mess or items for me to take care of. I recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs.

"OUTSTANDING!!" This word fully explains the integrity of Rooter Warrior Plumbing! I am SO HAPPY! They contacted me within minutes to advise they would come by for a FREE estimate. They gave me the choice of (2) time slots so I picked my choice and they came within that time period with a "heads up" text to advise they were on their way. They gave me a GREAT price and GEORGE provided us with GREAT SERVICE! Our main line was clogged. It is 100' so not many companies have a snake long enough. But they came with a 120' snake. It was a super tough clog due to our ceramic main conduit being broke and moving. George worked so so hard for us! He very easily could have given up and said he couldn't get it or he could have just offered a more expensive jet type service...but he didn't...George kept at it and cleared it! He also explained to me a few recommendations for us to do or not to do until our actual problem is fixed, which actually involves the water company so we will do as he recommended. We sure appreciated the integrity in his work and service he provided! We absolutely recommend this company to our family, friends, and fellow "Yelpers"! Best plumbing service EVER! We had reached out to a few plumbers before and everyone always tried to upsell us items we didn't need and extremely overpriced. ROOTER WARRIOR PLUMBING did an amazing joy but also didn't try to upsell us in any additional items we didn't need ( like a water system!) pricing was amazing compared to other companies in the area and the communication was amazing. Definitely not using any other plumbing company.

Once again this company came through! Thank you! I am a loyal costumer and will continue to be one. I live in a home that was built in 1927. Guillermo was able to locate the clog in a pipe that is close to a hundred years old. He was able to clean it out with out having to replace the pipe. I strongly recommend this company if you live in a historical home such as I do.

Guillermo was very prompt, diligent, and effective. He came in, assessed the situation, and went to work right away to scour jet the kitchen line. He completed the job within 2 hours and that includes spending time to explain to the customer the plumbing processes, expectations, and general plumbing practices and what draino looks like upon solidifying with grease. 10/10 will recommend this company in the future! The kitchen sink has not been clogging ever since they provided their services.

Our water heater was dying and I called Rooter Warrior. Juan came out that same day and diagnosed the issues. He worked with our home warranty company very quickly. Juan came back on a day we discussed to do the install of the new water heater and made sure I was updated on all progress. He answered my many questions and was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated that he was also kind and easy to talk to. He’s good at what he does and he’s proud of his work which shows.
