I had an emergency plumbing issue, and called Rooter Warrior based on reviews. I was not disappointed. The quality of service was excellent. The appointment scheduler was courteous and kind (I'm sorry I didn't get her name...) I was given a time frame and Oscar showed up within the hour. He was professional, respectful of COVID procedures, and very thorough in making sure the plumbing issue was resolved. The cost was reasonable for the work provided. I will certainly be calling them again for plumbing services!

Rooter Warrior did a very good repairing my plumbing issue. I have used them twice and both times they have done excellent work. If I need plumbing services in the future I will definitely call them.

Juan with Rooter Warrior was great to work with. He was polite, professional, clean, and got the issue fixed quickly. When he quoted me the price for the work he was up front and not pushy. His demeanor and style made me feel that I could trust him and I am glad I did. Had an issue with the main line, called Rooter Warrior and they gave an initial quote, and said a technician will be out between 12:00-2:00. Guillermo checked it out and explained what he was going to do. He was friendly, professional and knew what he was talking about. I will definitely use Rooter Warrior again!

Rooter Warrior did a great job repairing and cleaning out our landscape drains. Guillermo had to install a clean out to access the majority of our drains and after that he was able pull about 10 feet of roots. Our drains now work flawless. Guillermo also cleaned out my sister's drains at her house where others have failed. I highly recommend Rooter Warrior. Guillermo took care of us. Thanks.

I received a quote over the phone for a hydro-jet cleaning and an appointment for the next day. Rooter Warrior showed up on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning out 200 feet of main line drain. No additional fees wee added. Great service!

We had a water leak outside our Garage and called up Guillermo. He was very helpful on the phone and very trustworthy right away.
We made an appointment same day. He came on time which I really liked!
Guillermo gave me a free estimate after a first inspection so I knew from the beginning what to expect.
His price was very fair.
He came back a day later to get the job done quickly. Again he was on time and always very polite. He cleaned up the work area before he left and did a very diligent job.
It was a pleasure making business with him.
I can only recommend choosing Guillermo.
If I ever have an issue on my house again I know I will go back to his business.

Another great experience! Guillermo was quick, friendly, and didn't leave a mess. I'm so amazed with this company with each service. I don't even bother to call around or get quotes anymore - I just call them! I know they do good work, have quick response times, and prices are competitive. Guillermo was able to complete a water tank replacement (of a 30yr old one) same day - since it had leaked and I had my house water off! He was quick but it was still after 7p by the time he left - true blessing and many thanks to his family because he was still on the clock to get it done, even though the work day was over and it was their time!

Had a washer/dryer install scheduled. When the company tried to install they noticed broken valves, so they couldn't complete it. Had Rooter Warrior in my phone from last time, called them up to explain the situation and they we
re at the house within 1-2hrs (can't remember exactly but it was extremely quick and way faster than I ever expected)! He did the work in what seemed like 15min... new valves & hoses! I didn't even bother to call around for other prices. They were fair and reliable - as always! I'm hoping to replace my water heater and maybe other projects with them!

Dealing with Guillermo regarding a quote was quick & easy! Lower price than some competitors and was available to come out the very same day... they came out the following day (today, 7/14) because I was late in responding. But they even came out way earlier than expected today - which I was thrilled about! Juan is the tech who did the work... he was quick yet cordial! He abided by all safety protocols, during this COVID chaos. He thoroughly explained everything and was able to complete the job quickly, even when there was an unforseen snag in the plan. But I'm extremely satisfied with the work!! I already saved the number to my cell and will be calling on them for future jobs! It's family & veteran owned, so they're my #1 choice with all my future plumbing needs!! Thank you, Juan!!!!!! 😊

Black water coming up your bathtub's drain and spilling into your tub isn't exactly a comforting sight. Called Rooter Warrior as I have used them in the past. Guillermo was very professional and did great work!! Not to overlook Rooter Warrior was very quick to respond. Their customer service was excellent, and I was able to make a same day appointment which matters when you have an emergency situation. Exceptional job checking all lines and found the main problem causing the issue. Strongly recommend.

Great guy yhey sent out. Remedied problem. Paid via Visa Card, but did not receive receipt via sms or email.

We had a main water line break around noon. Looked online and came across Rooter Warrior. The reviews were great and I liked it is Veteran owned. We called and receptionist was very polite and gave us a time slot of when the plumber would arrive. We got a notice within the time slot with our plumber picture and info - Guillermo. He arrived on time. Listened to our concerns. He was able to give us two options to fix the issue. Price was great.
Guillermo was awesome. He did great work quickly and efficiently. Once the work was completed he was gracious enough to answer other plumbing questions we had for future work.

My Noritz tankless water heater started to leak. Guillermo responded the same day and found the problem. He contacted Noritz on the spot and replacement parts arrived the following day. Guillermo installed the new parts with precision and it works like a charm. Very professional
