I never leave reviews but I had to leave this one. I had a water leak. I was told, by others, I needed a new water line from the street to my home. $7K+. Ken came out and discovered an old water line that had apparently feed an irrigation system at some point but was no longer in use for that purpose but still live. He found a valve on that line and turned it off. Problem solved. Saved me $7,000 at least. He is the best!!!

The owner of the company, Ken Caputo, was very timely in his response to come to my home in regard to a water leak in the walls at my master bathroom in my home. In my opinion, customer service is more important than a company name. He had excellent customer service, showed me how to turn on and off the water to my home (which I did not know), took the time to explain the problem and how he could and did correct. His service price was very reasonable.

Ken was very responsive and his estimate was much less than One Stop Plumbing. He did the toilet angle stop valve replacement and toilet flapper,fill valve and supply line very quickly and efficiently.

Mr. Kenneth. Was very professional and knowledgeable. He explain in details all the processes to us and detect very fast the leak beneath the floor on the kitchen that was seriously leaking under the slab until it came out from the left side outside the house creating an inexplicable way of finding an exit, at first glance difficult to detect. But nothing impossible for Ken with his vast experience and knowledge to be accomplished. My family and I appreciated his patience and support. After finishing the work he returned to check again if the problem was gone. We definitely recommend him 100% and to other families with plumbing issues.

Very pleased with Ken from First Place Plumbing Solutions. The diverter for my bath tub/shower broke and he replaced it for me very quickly. He also replaced all 3 of my water spigots and now they are squeaky clean and shiny with no leaks. He did all these repairs for a very reasonable price, I couldn’t be happier.
