I was impressed with how quickly they responded and even more surprised that they had the hot water heater in stock. I also had Nick replace my AC, which they also had available right away. Their customer service and workmanship are superb. NIR Plumbing is my go-to for all my personal plumbing and HVAC needs. I’ve also referred them to my real estate clients and fellow brokers whenever they have issues. I highly recommend NIR Plumbing!

had a stopped up toilet, arrived in about 1 1/2 hour. Snaked the toilet, after We cleared the closet area. We ran water in tub and shower. HE cleaned up NOTHING!!! Work took less time than for tech to send email for the bill. 450.00 for 30minutes. Used them before but greed has taken over, never again.

We had to replace a Grease Interceptor at a luxury be h resort. NIR plumbing did an outstanding job replacing the 3500 gal unit with a new one in 2 days. Highly recommend this contractor. Fantastic to work with and superbly professional. Big shout out to Nick, Sergio and Juan.

Scheduling the service was easy with a phone call and were available quickly. The return response said arrival would be at 12 noon. At 2 pm I called to see if they were still coming but got a voice mail. I got a call back, but phone # didn't ID as NIR, but I answered and they said he was running late. Finally got there at 3 pm. Service itself was quick as it was a pretty routine repair. He was done at 4 pm. I was shocked that the cost was $500. Next time I will definitely ask for a quote.

NIR Plumbing saves the day again. My first repair 2 years ago was to install a bypass for a whole house water filter. Isaac did an awesome job. The next one was a slab leak where the main entered the house. Mike took care of it. I did not want the concrete damaged so he had to make a hole in the wall of the garage and was able to reconnect, but keeping it neat and inconspicuous. The third repair was to the connection of the water pressure regulator. The pressure is about 150 without the regulator and the water here is super hard. I hate all the repairs needed, but I'm glad NIR has got my back for any plumbing fixes. Thank you Nick, Isaac, Mike, and Nicole.

Very happy that Ken was able to detect the leak outside my home, as other plumbers wanted to knock down my wall to find the leak. Turns out, Ken was able to use his machine to find the leak and put a bypass through the original pipe because the leak was somewhere underground, between the front and back of my house. Ken is very thorough yet fast, readily available, and wants to make sure everything works right - he goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with his work. With the quality of his work he could charge a lot more, but he gave me a fair price.

I had to repipe my whole house after three major leaks in several months. In addition to the repairs, Ken provided great consulting about my options of what I could do with some good contacts for the repipe. Having someone who not only does a great job at the plumbing, but also is helpful with advise and expertise and contacts is really appreciated.

Called Ken on Friday night when we noticed a hot spot in our hallway floor. He came out Saturday. He quickly found the leak. He explained in detail how he would repair it and about how long it would take. Ken came back on Tuesday and did the repairs with minimal holes in the drywall. We are pleased with his work and the price we were charged for the job.

I had a slab leak in my house and 1st Place Plumbing was able to reroute the water pipes without jackhammering the slab. They rerouted the lines via the drywall. Ken is determined to perform work with minimal damage to your home. His prices are reasonable, they are professional, cover your flooring and furniture and clean up after the job. He’s the best!

There are times in life when we need the services of a plumber. In my past experiences it hasn't always been a pleasant experience and often quite time-consuming and expensive. My Views have changed since meeting Kenneth of First Place leak detection. This man is the most incredible plumber I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and I cannot thank him enough. He has the latest in leak detection equipment. He is very , efficient, and professional. After noticing water pooling outside of my home, I contacted First Place Leak Detection. Kenneth came to my home the same day and was able to quickly and accurately determine the source of the leak in my hot water line which happened to be under the concrete foundation. He was able to, not only abandon, cap off, and bypass the leak beneath the ground, he was also able to run the new plumbing through the walls and ceiling and bring my home up to the latest in codes. His Cuts were minimal and precise and required very minimal drywall repair. I found him to be very knowledgeable, very efficient, and very reasonable. A job I thought would take weeks was able to be completed in a matter of hours. The work that he did on my home was performed months ago and to this day I have had no further issues. He has passed the test of time and I cannot thank Kenneth enough, but what I can do is highly recommend him and First Place Leak Detection to anyone in need of a very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced plumber who has your best interests at heart. I consider Kenneth to be the best of the best and going forward I will never turn to anyone else to help me with my plumbing needs. He comes highly recommended!!!
