As a maintenance coordinator trapped in an office cubicle 400 miles away, I breathe a sigh of relief when I have an issue in Plumbing Master's service area. I know I can send them a Work Order and not have to follow up or nag, I just know if will be completed in a professional and affordable manner.

This team is so shady!! Paid and gave them money for a job they never fixed! They stole from me and can’t get them to fess up! This is an unprofessional extremely irresponsible and shady company!! Avoid at all cost!!

They did an unfinished job at Albertsons (Lincoln/Van Buren) the whole store smells like sewer. I have been a patron for 20 years at that store. Air quality sample would show coliform bacteria and protozoan diseases... how dare you treat this chain of food store like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Man, these guys rock. Especially their dispatchers. They were polite and very attentive. Took my request with haste and a manner of professionalism I was not expecting and made feel like I was their top concern.

Their service truck was parked BLOCKING in the handicap spot at the Circle K in Lake Elsinore. UNACCEPTABLE!

I was rear ended today waiting at a red light. The guy had admitted he was looking at his phone when he rear ended me. We pulled over to look at damages and he had a big vape in his hand and two knifes on his side. Drivers at this company are not cautious of other vehicles on the road.

If you want headache then definitely hire them. First of all they show up late and the guy and an attitude of I don’t want to work in this hot weather I hate this job vibe…. Then he never finish the job properly and left with small leaks. I ask him why he just told me he needs to grab something from his truck then never comes back..call the office and they told me the job is completed… do yourself a favor and avoid them at all cost.
