It’s 5:30 am on a Saturday, and you walk into your wet, carpeted closet on the second floor. Hearing a sharp hissing sound, you quickly realize there's a water leak from the bathroom, with water pooling in the downstairs pantry and living room ceiling. After calling three local plumbers, only All City Plumbing Air & Electrical answered, with a live agent ready to help. The service technician, Carlos, arrived promptly, showing professionalism and kindness. He carefully identified the problem, took the time to fix it, and explained the root cause, offering reassurance during a stressful situation. I truly appreciate his support and will definitely turn to them again in the future.
