Adrian and the Drains and Plumbing 24 business will forever have a customer in me. A different plumbing company quoted me a ridiculous price for a bathtub and sink that needed to be unclogged. They even tried to scare me into thinking I had a bigger issue that needed to be fixed. Once I was able to get a second opinion from Adrian, my mind was at ease. What the other company didn’t bring to the table was the proper tools and patience. Adrian came into my home and was friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. When he fixed the issue, I was so happy that I wanted to cry! I would have paid double to get this issue fixed! I am thankful for a business like Drains and Plumbing 24 because they have responsible and knowledgeable technicians to complete these jobs.

After installing a new toilet myself, I had a week of repeated clogs. The second to last one I rented a hydro-jet for the first time and cleared a massive clog myself.
Two and a half days later the main drain clogged again. I gave up and called in the pros, I got lucky - the plumber that showed up was very good. He educated me as well as clearing the clog.
The drains are now running the best they have in thirty years and I know what I have under ground.

I was connected to Drains and Plumbing through my home insurance. This was for the replacement of a hot water heater. I called Sunday night, and by Monday morning they were onsite. Gerardo did an excellent job as the service tech. Went above and beyond to ensure that our family members who flew in from overseas had hot water. True professional. Explained everything to us when over the newly installed unit insured all parts were working, just a great job for a difficult situation.

Out of the blue we had an emergency on a Friday afternoon, called Drains and Plumbing 24 and Juan arrives on time and does his work in a very professional manner and at affordable prices. Second time we use his services. Highly recommended.

They sent someone out to help me about 45 after I called- sent a text saying they would be there in about 45 minutes. The guy showed up on time. He was nice and professional. Looked at the problem and gave a free price quote. I feel like the price was good compared to other places I looked at online. This is a local business I will be glad to call again when I have a problem. 👍

Drains and Plumbing arrived promptly and provided excellent service. Gerardo and Juan installed my water heater and provided guarantees of service in the future if necessary. Their work was impeccable and most noteworthy was their professional work ethic and courtesy. I will consider them my go-to plumber for any future plumbing issues.

Drains and Plumbing were able to come immediately when we thought it was an emergency. Luckily it wasn’t an emergency and yet Adrian was so kind and informative about the issue. Great service. Adrain and Jose came out to fix a couple problems I had with my shower and sink. They found the problem right away and fixed it at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend Drains and Plumbing 24.

I have been so blessed ! The worker that was sent back out to my home this day of July 15 ,2025 was very kind and respectful ! He came in and change my hot water heater , and explained to me each and everything he had to do to make things safe for me again. Iam so thankful that this company have professional workers whom love there work and love helping others. Being a elderly woman i need to be treated with kindness, and i was truly blessed with just that . His kindness will never be forgotten . I want to thank him again for the wonderful job he did for me .And may Almighty God bless him and his family with good health and prosperity always, as well as happiness. Provided me with a year warranty and even showed up early! And that's pretty unusual. I'm grateful for having my morning freed up and I would call them again if I need help with something else.

Gerardo was excellent he got my outdoor drains unplugged right away very thorough and knowledgeable. The pricing was reasonable I did not feel like he was trying to overcharge. I will definitely be coming back then for my hydrojet service.

I’ve used Jose & his business a few times. When I have a plumbing issue? He’s my first call. As matter of fact when I met him the first time for a high pressure regulator issue he had to come back twice. The problem was with my water company with excessive pressure and a faulty valve.
