For me it’s hard to find a good plumber, you think well it’s gonna cost a lot, but the problem needs to be fixed. I had a whistle sound coming from the toilet that was annoying and a water leak. I could have turned the water off and waited for my husband to fix it, but he was out of town. I decided I better get it fixed before it becomes a bigger problem. My brother actually recommended Bad Drains and I’m glad I called. My toilet is fixed and the price wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. Thanks David! Will definitely use them again!

David showed up at the beginning of his two hour window and was driving away 30 minutes later. The drain was unclogged, David was very pleasant, and the probe was at the low end of my quote.

Always have done great work in the past and are completely great when things don't work out. The plumber took apart my toilet to install a bidet, but it was not compatible. After he reassembled the toilet, he didn't charge me, even though he did the work... A real class act!

I've used this place a few times and they always do a great job. Fair prices, and they can usually get to the job quickly.

The lead technician David has Immeasurable knowledge of plumbing. He portrays a trust, professionalism, education, & leadership.
The plumbing issue was a tankless water heater that broke down after it’s expiration. Many companies lack the professional experience the job requires. The final invoice was priced accordingly. As a newer company.. my experience has been over and beyond what I’ve dealt with in the past.

These guys are awesome!! I had another plumber from another company come by and he was trying to rip us off-it just didn’t seem right. Luckily Fixx it Rooter and Plumbing returned a prior phone call and scheduled someone to come out right away. Jose was able to fix my gas leak, and redo the pipes, and with a much better, realistic rate. He even waited until the gas company came by and confirmed leak was fixed. Now we can have a Merry Christmas...5 stars!!

David was perfectly on time, friendly, and resolved my clogged sink in no time. And he came on a Saturday morning no less. Definitely recommend Bad Drains Plumbing for your plumping needs.

David has been to my house for many plumbing issues, addressing urgent and non-urgent problems inside my attic, under the cement foundation, and outside. He always arrives within the estimated time period. David explains the problem and offers solutions that make sense. He cleans up afterward and is always extremely polite. His staff is extremely helpful too. I highly recommend this company.

Called FIXXIT Rooter. David Garcia showed up promptly, within 2 hours as promised. The work was done Professionally. David (& his apprentice Daniel) were kind & courteous. I highly recommend David Garcia if you have a Plumbing problem.

David has come to my rescue several times now, most recently by installing a tankless water heater to replace my ancient, dying 40 gallon tank heater. His quotes are always reasonable and he always makes sure that you understand what the job is going to be and that it gets done well. Can't recommend him and Bad Drains emphatically enough.

Technician arrived early on the Saturday after Thanksgiving when our sink stopped draining! Very grateful for his straightforward and competent service. Be prepared to pay more for a weekend job, but they were the only technicians in Riverside open so it was worth it for us!! 🙏

Great job by David. Removed an old spicket so rusted, it wouldn't come off. He was ready with a replacement for items that I had incorrectly selected.

Re-piped our entire home - removed galvanized and installed copper under home, installed pressure regulator valve, removed water tank, and installed Tankless Water Heater. As a General Contractor myself I hold licensed professionals to a higher bar, and Bad Drains Plumbing did not disappoint. They were quick to supply reasonable quote, communicative, and started the work when promised. Professional throughout the process, and finished the job in two days. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
