I discovered Bad Drains Plumbing on Yelp and reached out to them to replace my kitchen disposal. They were able to source the brand I wanted and gave me a same day appointment. They prepared me over the phone that there was a possibility of discovering other drainage issues based on my description of what was happening with the kitchen sink, and they were right! We were able to negotiate a fair price for the additional work onsite and everything was fixed within a couple of hours. They were on time, courteous, NEAT, and very professional. Highly recommend!

I had a clogged toilet that I just COULD NOT unclog and so I called Bad Drains Plumbing. Raeann sent someone out the next day and David Garcia fixed the issue with his 6ft snake auger immediately. There was a follow up issue and David came up again (at no charge) to discover the true cause - a small knickknack had fallen in and was stuck in the deep recesses. Raeann offers AMAZING customer service and is extremely on top of things. She'll respond to every call or text immediately and David did great work. I'll be sure to call them again if there are any issues in the future and I encourage everyone to check them out!

I called on a Sunday morning and the office took my call immediately. They asked me 2 questions and then a tech was onsite within in an hour. There team is on point. Defiantly one of the last honest and professional plumbing crews out there.

David and his crew were amazing! We had a rock blocking our sewage pipe, and clogged our whole house. They were super responsive, reasonably priced, and thoughtful with their work. He had to dig down about 6 feet to replace the old sewage pipe, he showed us the rock blocking the pipe, and showed us the upgraded piping he replaced. Our house now drains so much faster, and we feel confident about our plumbing because of their work! Highly recommend Bad Drains!!

We rely on Bad Drains for all of our plumbing needs. They have also helped us with my elderly parents who have plumbing emergencies more regularly and at inopportune times. This time, it was New Yeat’s Eve. My brother called a plumber he usually uses and I contacted Bad Drains. Within minutes, I was contacted and told that someone could be there within an hour or two (6 or 7pm) on New Year’s Eve. Meanwhile, my brother’s plumber said he wasn’t working until January 2nd. We were so grateful that Bad Drains could come help my 85 and 88 year old parents. They would have really struggled without a functioning toilet. Everything was completed in a timely manner and with grace and kindness. We are so grateful for the continued dependability and professionalism that Bad Drains offers!
