Very nice and explained everything that needed to be done to fix the problem. The problem was fixed and we are very happy.

First time using this company. John came shortly after calling to repair main line leak. Replaced regular piping with all new copper pipe. He was professional, fast and the pricing was great! This company shines with integrity throughout. So glad to see there are still great people in this world. This will be my company to call whenever I need them.

I was charged $125 with nothing done to fix the leak I had called about. I was offered a fix for $650 to a made up issue based on second opinion I obtained. Very disappointing. Do not recommend

I had a reverse osmosis filter installed into my kitchen sink. They pointed out several obvious flaws in my ancient plumbing and recommended some upgrades along with the filter. I trusted their judgement and approved of all their suggestions. Under the sink looks great and I'm sure it will hold up for decades now. Thanks!

It happened during a 16 hour power outage, our water heater died. Not sure if it was the power outage or the fourteen years it's been doing a great job of heating our water. Our son is a contractor and recommended we call Big John's Plumbing in Riverside. It was Saturday so we called and left a message. Someone at Big John's Plumbing called on Sunday morning and we confirmed that the repair could wait until Monday morning. Mr. Ramon showed up Monday and worked for three hours+ to replace the water heater. He ran into several non-compliance methods used when the original water heater was installed. He revised and installed the correct connections and insured we were up to code. We had hot water an hour after Mr. Ramon's departure.

We would recommend Big John's Plumbing, for any of your plumbing needs, I'm sure, but especially if you are in need of a new water heater. They've got you covered.

We are a returning customer. John upgraded our 15 year old septic tank from concrete lids to 8" risers with easy to use lids. It is a great improvement. Thanks, John!

I am a loca General contractor. I had the need for a pipe detection service for a project. I Called about 6 companies going down the list and after being bounced around and handed off or hung up on I Found Big Johns plumbing. Ironically I had met them on a job years ago and had not added their contact.
The initial call was professional and I was put in tough with John and he put me on the same day schedule. He quote me a fair price and did not attempt to uncharge me once on site. My Tech was friendly and professional. He went right to work and provided the service that I had requested.
I know this sounds like nothing special but in today's world it is becoming uncommon.
I have added them to my arsenal of trade specific pros and will be calling them soon.

I found Big John's plumbing on my hunt for someone to fix some loose plumbing fixtures in my house. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable about the work.
The had a plumber at my house quickly. I kept receiving helpful text messages between the time I scheduled my appointment and the time Rudy, the plumber came.
Rudy was very friendly and did great work. He always kept me informed of what he was doing, so I was never slapped with an unexpected charge.
They work is efficient and clean.
Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

I always use Big John’s plumbing for any of my tankless water heater maintenance. Called at 7am this morning to schedule a tech to check/fix slight leak from one of the nuts/connector. Promptly arrived 9am same day. Quick & easy fix. Plus Rudy gave very good advice on a few things i can do to upkeep my bathrooms, kitchen & laundry area

After months of searching for someone to come and fix or replace my tankless water heater, I finally got a hold of someone that was caring and professional ,that is big John’s plumbing when I first called them, I spoke to a wonderful lady who put my mind at ease . She had me send her pictures and they gave me a quote over the phone. I had them come over and do the work. They were on time, precise, and very clean, big John showed up to supervise the work.
