I had Rob from Big John plumbing come to help remove old hoses that were rusted to the outlets for our new washer to be installed. Two others said they’d have to cut into the wall to install new water outlets. Carl was able to remove both hoses after an hour and saved me a few hundred. Really great guy.

Big John answered the phone, set me up for same day leak repair. Robert C was on time, did great job with the repair and allowed me to learn from him as he worked.

We called Big John’s plumbing and they sent Robert Carr to fix our issue. Someone took out main water valve and there was nothing he could, city came out the next day to replace what needed to be replaced. Robert was ready to go and took care of it immediately. The gentleman, Robert Carr, who performed the work kept in touch with me the entire time. He gave a couple of different arrival times, which I was perfectly fine with because he communicated professionally and kept me updated on the projected schedule. When he arrived, he assessed the situation, gathered the parts he needed, and provided the cost upfront. He completed the work, buttoned everything up, had me sign for the job, and I was able to Zelle the payment to the company—which was extremely convenient.

Big John’s was great. Called Sunday afternoon and they had my toilet replaced by noon the next day even though there were complications (not their fault). Great service and Ramon was very helpful sorting out my issues. Would definitely hire them again!
