The other company even called a supervisor, had they been able to do the job they would have charged much more than Benjamin did. After finding Benjamin's Plumbing on Google and reading all the great 5 star reviews, I knew this was the plumber for me. I had a clogged kitchen sink and I called Benjamin's Plumbing and it was Ben himself answering the phone. I explained what I needed to have done and I had an appointment set up that same day. Because of a cancellation, he was out to my home earlier than expected. Ben was very nice, polite, explained everything to me in layman's terms...lol. Ben was able to unclog my sink without any complications. He then saw that under sink piping was not right and needed to be replaced, Ben was out to my home 2 days later and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with Ben's professionalism, he really knows his business. Very courteous and clean and friendly. The task of finding an honest and professional plumber is not an easy one. I prayed and asked for God's favor in helping me find a great plumber, well my prayer was answered! I will highly recommend Benjamin's plumbing to anyone who asks me. I had an emergency, And found Benjamin's plumbing. He called me back and had a great response time. I am very big on customer service and professionalism and being on time. Benjamin's plumbing was all that and more. He gave me a very good estimate and prices. He walked me through everything that needed to be done as well as the plan of action that would be needed to take care of the issue. I had no pressure in using the companies services. Ben & his crew are amazing, let’s start off with that first! We had a slab leak, we called multiple plumbers found on Yelp & not one returned our calls. Benjamin was recommended & he responded right away. Came in diagnosed the issue gave us a few options & with what we agreed to, the house was completed in the time he proposed. I cannot express how amazing the crew did. Our house looked like it had been through a slab leak lol & with the job they had to do.. our house looked like they were never there. Amazing work amazing crew!! Highly recommended!

I called Benjamin and he called back quickly. He came out on a Saturday afternoon. He explained the problem and told me my options. Did not try to up sale or upcharge. Prices are extremely reasonable. Would absolutely use again!!

We did a bathroom remodel and were recommended to use Ben and his crew for the shower plumbing. He made it out quickly and worked with our tile contractor to get everything done the way the tile contractor said he wanted it. Ben and his team finished everything and we we moved on with our remodel.

I ended up calling Ben back two additional times to install a total of three faucets, one for each of the sinks in both of our bathrooms. Each time we called him back, he made it out either the same day or the next day, and the work was finished quickly with no issues.

Benjamin’s Plumbing is who I highly recommend for plumbing work. We’ve had a giant repair (sewer repipe (replacing 1978 pipe to city pipe due to 40+ year old tree and added new clean out) and small repairs (broken 1978 shower mixing valve, leaking 1978 faucet, and water heater from 2004 replacement)….good honest work!

AMAZING & HONEST

Had one of those big name guys come out for $77 drain cleaning service only for them to say it was not going to be able to be cleared and gave me $7,000 estimate to rip up my house and replace pipes. Decided to call Ben and he cleared it on his first visit. Honest and knowledgeable. I will never use anyone else.

I can 100% recommend Benjamin’s Plumbing. We have an older house and had a few small plumbing issues arise and Benjamin’s always came out very quickly and were honest and fair about pricing and resolving the issues. So when we decided to do a full re-pipe, we of course contacted Benjamin’s who once again were extremely prompt and made us feel like they were the best for the large job. Let me start by saying WOW! We called Benjamin's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning to get help with a rental property that we own in Riverside, California. Getting a call from your tenant that their water heater is leaking and they don't know what to do can definitely cause some panic. I spoke with Ben, which now that I think of it that makes perfect sense, he let me know that he would call our tenant and see if he could help alleviate some of the panic. Ben took down their info and told me not to worry that he would call them and get back to me ASAP! 15 minutes later I received a call from my tenant expressing such gratitude for getting someone that really knew what to do! Ben was able to instruct my tenant how to shutdown the water and the natural gas to the unit which made them feel so much better. Ben was able to get us on the schedule that same day. Unfortunately we had to replace the water heater. Ben was able to get a new unit installed and had my tenant back up and running! The price was more the fair! In fact, we felt that Ben gave us a fantastic deal! My husband and I live in Colorado and we are grateful to have found Benjamin's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning! They are awesome! He was very quick and professional and did the job right.
