This is my experience with Plymwr Plumbing. I give this company a one star and if I could they would get 0 stars. I recommend that you don’t use this Plymwr Plumbing unless you want to get ripped off.
I had a garbage disposal issue. The garbage disposal wasn’t working so their plumber came out and fixed the issue. The same sink that the garbage disposal was connected to became clogged which also clogged the bathroom sink adjacent to the kitchen. Now I didn’t have a clog/blockage until after he fixed the disposal. Call the plumber back out about 2-3 minutes after he left and this plumber stated there’s a blockage, or a clog in the sink and this is separate and I need to call again to place another order to have someone to come out and fix it. Needless to say, if you have a garbage disposal, that isn’t working, then the sink is automatically going to be clogged up not knowing that there’s a blockage.
So I did speak with management and she said that I’ll need to call and get charged all over again for someone else to come out and snake out the kitchen line. So instead of me arguing with her I just took a loss and hired another plumbing company to come out and fix the issue which only took them 3 to 5 minutes to fix it.
So I am writing this review to just let everyone know my experience and to warn you all to be careful with this company. Evidently they do not care about their reviews or their customers. I will never patronize this company again and I hope you all don’t either. That other company couldn’t believe that this happened and said I should file a complaint, because as soon as he snaked out the kitchen sink everything started working again. Please take heed to what I’m saying. We all work too hard to have to double pay and to get ripped off. Please remember to check your reviews because on yelp, there are 2.3 star company.

Excellent response, extremely professional. Highly recommend them. Bobby was our tech, he made sure everything was working great. I didn’t list the hot water issue on my warranty service call, but he was kind enough to go ahead and make sure it was fixed at no additional cost. I so appreciate that, great customer service.. Phil was great again! He ended up needing to come back to re-service a leaky sink faucet. He showed and explained why it was leaking. He also incredibly helpful in talking to me about other plumbing efficiency upgrades I have been curious about. He spent extra time with me looking at my current systems and explaining how I could do better with some upgrades. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me with that decision making. I highly recommend Phillip from Plymwr!

Used them through the home owners insur came out could not get the toilet unplugged and we needed a water heater they brought in a dented unit put a ground in on the neg and pos 🤷🏻‍♂️ just a joke and the homeowner insur company is a joke as well for sending them out

Daniel and Chris were excellent and efficient. Both of them stayed in touch the day of our appointment so we would have a better idea of when to expect them. They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond! The work was perfect. I will use them again.

We received exceptional service from Phil at Plymwr Plumbing. He was not only on time but a few minutes early and took care of our stoppage in a jiffy!
Phil was also very helpful in answering a couple of questions that my husband had.

The second day after installation water was discovered on the garage floor(video of floor water is available via iphone).
The water tank was leaking into the base of tank and then into the overflow pan.
A drain line was not connected to the overflow pan so water filled and exited at the level of the pan opening.
Water entered the base of the raised platform that supports the water heater and exited under the wall of the platform and puddled on the garage floor (video is available via iphone.
Water supply to the tank was turned off. Five containers of leaking water were taken from interior of water tank and the overflow pan (video is available via iphone).

Installer arrived 2 days after the install to discover that the new soldered connection to the tank was dripping water (a video of the leak is available via iphone).
Installer resoldered and stopped the leak and made notice of the damp and crumbling drywall where the support wall met the garage floor.
Installer said that the plumbing company’s Handyman would do the drywall repair.
Tried contacting plumbing company 3 to 4 days later to ask when repair would happen….could not leave message as “mail box is full”.
At this point, I am most concerned about mold growing inside the raised platform that is completely enclosed.
As there was no follow through for the repair, the only way to get the attention of the plumbing company to take care of the drywall situation was to stop payment on the invoice.

If I could give zero stars I would! They confirmed appt, confirmed all information had me wait the entire day then No Showed! Not an apology or confirmed concern for their potential customer wasted time! They tried blaming it on incorrect Info they received however they confirmed all info before appt! Terrible and also their reviews are horrible. Don't waste your time, just look for a better plumber!

I hired this company to repair my toilet. Instead of repairing the toilet they replaced original Toto parts with plastic parts that do not fit the toilet and do not function properly. I asked to have the original Toto parts returned to me. The original parts are valued at $100. I was given the runaround for hours by the office staff who finally told me to contact the owner Robert Clifford. Robert refused to cooperate and refused to return the parts. I would not hire this company again under any circumstances.

This is the company my home warranty sent out to fix a leak and a clog in my kitchen sink. The plumber showed up and insisted he was there to fix a leak in the attic and tried to leave. After wasting time sorting that out, he put a patch on the leak and then spent an hour trying to clear the clog. He then insisted he would have to cut a hole in the side of my house to access the clog, which would've costed about $600 (the home warranty company denied this request so I would've had to go out of pocket). I contacted another plumber for a second opinion, who snaked a different area and cleared the clog in about 5 minutes. So in the end, I had to pay a different company to fix the issue, and they didn't even have to cut holes in my house. Waste of time and money.

I connected with Plymwr through my warranty company. They came out on New Years day and fixed the problem in under an hour. Nick and John were awesome, so kind. I would absolutely use them again. Anytime!

I don’t recommend this company what so ever ! They came out 4 times and never fixed my chipped overflow! The first guy that came out cleaned my overflow due to my tub being clogged. When he cleaned out the overflow and screwed it back on the overflow was chipped. I called several times and was told by my insurance they will fix it. The 3rd guy that came out said don’t worry since everything has been an inconvenience I’ll make sure this gets fixed, he took a picture of the overflow and left. I called Plymwr and asked when will they come out to fix the overflow chip. They told me we can’t fix the overflow because it was already chipped prior to the plumbers. I explained to them that the 1st guy that came out chipped it while removing the overflow to unclog the tub. They sent me a picture with no date of the chipped overflow which was the exact same picture the 3rd guy had taken for prof that it was chipped and needed to be fixed! They completely lied and said that that was the picture the first guy sent to them. I was told that they will not fix my overflow, they denied it being chipped by there plumber. I would not trust this company!! They are full of lies and unkept promises! They do not put their customers first!!

I recently had a plumbing job done at my home, where Phil from Plymwr installed a Moen Flo water monitoring device, and I can’t praise his work enough. From start to finish, Phil demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and friendliness that is hard to find.

I had them through a home warranty insurance and they sent a kid not certified nor licensed to do plumbing to fix the leak. The kid made a big openning on the ceiling and claimed that he fixed the leak. We a hired another contractor to patch the hole after the kid confirmed that no more leak what so ever. The patching Company patched the stupid hole their kid made and now I have a bigger problem where the ceiling is about to fall off since the water has no where to go. I called them and they said that they will have to send a technician and I will have to pay. I said ok I will pay for the revisit and however if the technician was to find the problem is due to their kid repair which is quite obvious from the attached picture that the leak is on the patch, will they fix it for free. The Manager lady was giving me the run around by saying yes, maybe or sometimes it is upto the technician to repair for free regardless it is our initial kid issue or not. I demand to talk with the Company Owner and she said he will call in an hour and never called. I will definitely file a complaint to the CSLB explain what happened and demand a complete repair through their bond.

We recently bought a house and had it painted but soon noticed issues with the kitchen sink. After trying to fix it ourselves, we had to call a plumber. We got Andrew and he was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly—especially since we didn’t have a cleanout. He cleared a piece of cloth likely left behind during painting and gave us tips to prevent future problems. After dealing with unreliable plumbers weeks before, Andrew was a breath of fresh air. Any issues moving forward, he will be the first we contact. Also, we found out he adopted a stray pup and felt he was a super honest guy. (Not relevant to the plumbing but awesome guy)

This was a fantastic experience! I booked through my home warranty (American Home Shield) and was booked an appointment quickly. I was notified of their arrival time, and they arrived promptly. Darin was very professional and fast! He was fast in fixing our squeaky pipes and leaky faucet. He talked me through each step to help me understand the problem and what he was doing to fix it. Very impressed and happy with their service. Will keep them as my go-to plumber for our new home!

We have had PLYMWR Plumbing come out 3 times in the last year for various issues and each time Chris was our technician and we couldn't be happier with his work. He did a great job finding and fixing the problem. He also explained what might have caused the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and have Chris fix any future plumbing issues.

Andrew installed my Moen FLO and did great job. He had to do it in the crawl space which is really low and dusty. Definitely deserves combat pay for job 😀
